Private servers were introduced in BF3, along with organised competitive matches. Unfortunately, both were ruined in BF4 and there's no sign of them yet in BF1...Matches run on Operations would be absolutely f
king amazing. No video, but the timing issue was demonstrated massively with MattDon - I was after knife kills for a medal, Matt was helping out. On my screen, I was less than a foot away from a prone sniper, hitting melee. No hit detection, Matt shouting I'm being a 'tard. On his screen I was about ten feet away.
Weird thing is that a couple of times I must have been there for 5+ seconds. Surely enough time for everything to sort itself out?
It's just odd at times.
