Will try that! Still getting a hang of the functions so I'll let you guys know in the evening kind of how that goes.

Edit: Dammit, it put me on top of the reservoir instead.

I didn’t get a lot of time to mess around with it, but when I went to warehouse management I only had the first option unlocked, can’t remember what that said now.
I have import export and a hanger, I’m assuming I have to do something with the hanger to make use of it?
The nightclub promotion missions are ok so far, I’ve had 3 different ones. Interesting that it’s random rather than choosing like the other CEO work

The businesses you can launder are the CEO Crates (the original ones), the 5 Biker Businesses and Gunrunning - the Import/Export and Smuggler Air Freight aren't counted for it unfortunately.

I think I've got the hang of how it works, so if anyone's confused later on, give me a shout.

I think I’ve wasted a lot of cash for storage levels I’ll never use frown
I wish had said what they’re for when you buy it

I'd love to take you up on that but for some reason my Playstation ignored downloading the update until I logged in a minute ago. Now it says it'll take 3 hours.

It always does this but I have it set to automatic update download and leave it in paused mode rather than turn it off. Any ideas why it's acting like such a tt?

Have you chosen to allow it to connect while in sleep mode?
Even then updates don’t seem to kick it in. A trick some use is to have the PS4 app or and buy a free game from the PS4 store which will wake it up. Pause or delete that download and the update should start downloading

I do have it set up that way. It just seems lazy until I next log on. I'll check out that free game tip though!

Just checked and the 3 hours download time is now 6 hours. The kid next door must have just turned on Netflix.

Or you could have not bought it until you knew what it was going to do! Probably a good bet is to just go for the cheapest nightclub, downgrade and get some of your cash back? You can upgrade again once you have money and once discounts are available.

Edit: Couple of things the internet seems to have worked out -

  • A completely stock Nightclub will cost you $800 in daily costs while bringing in $10,000 if you keep your popularity at maximum.
  • It's most profitable to run your old biker businesses on this, especially if you have a lot of them. Gunrunning Bunker and CEO Crates give a lot of money but it takes a long time to accumulate product.
  • You don't have to do any supply runs for your businesses - it's all replaced by having to keep your Nightclub's popularity up which is the business 'centralisation' we heard about.
  • The nightclub comes stock with a single technician to run one of your businesses (crates, bunker or a biker business) and you add more for increasing amounts of money. It comes with a Speedo Custom as well which you do your deliveries in.
For those that want a better in depth look, try this link:

TL;DR: Nightclub is sorta worth it even without the micro-management if you're just interested, just don't splash out too much.

Also the Festival Bus is a Pegasus vehicle, not a personal one as I said, sorry.

I guess its not too bad if you live your life in Los Santos but i strongly suspect it’ll go the same way as all the other businesses in that you wish you could sell them and recoup the money spent as you can no longer be arsed farting around with them.

Tempted with the Venga bus though

I like the nightclub as a thing and the changes it makes to the crates style grinding makes it easier to do along with I/E if I'm having to grind for cash.

I never use my crate warehouse or bunker because I can never be bothered going all over the map to collect supplies or whatever. Having it all in one place without the running around and next to a lot of my other stuff seems pretty good.I might be tempted to get a couple of the biker businesses just to have the club running at full capacity.

I ended up not buying the party bus as there are a few of the drip feed vehicles that I quite fancy and I got carried away modding my delivery van and spent loads of money on it laugh.

when gta becomes more work than actual real life work you know something's gone wrong wink

I agree, I could have waited for others to work things out, but I don’t see much point in playing it if that’s the case. In the same way I don’t want broughy videos, I find out myself which cars suit ME, not him!
It might actually be an opportunity for me to make use of the motorbike stuff I’ve had since release and never really used.
I’m enjoying it so far smile

Is that $10K a day just for the nightclub? Ie any businesses you consolidate would net you even more money?

Yeah, apparently it takes a while to build up but the payouts seem quite good. as far as i can tell with the basic storage I have, I can build up $100k each of cargo and guns and I don't have to do anything but sell it when it's ready so I can just run I/E or races or something in the meantime.

If I max out the size of the storage the amount looks like it goes up to about $1mill and if I add more businesses it'll be even more. It seems pretty good as a zero effort money maker.

I may be misunderstanding something though

Yes, though bear in mind the 10k drops based on your club’s popularity- it seems it doesn’t matter about the ticket price at the door either. But again - if you had multiple businesses, this takes the effort out by only having one bunch of supply missions to do - keep the nightclub running and everything else is worked in.

The promotion missions are all pretty straight forward so far, I think I’ve done about 4 or 5 different ones.

I assume they are public lobby only

Ah, thank you both, I can see me buying a nightclub....though I'm sad the I/E isn't bundled in along with crates and bikers.

I think so, they don't seem to broadcast them like they do other types of lobby work though. Which is nice.

Yeah, only to rival club owners which at least narrows it down a bit, especially as they’re probably doing their own stuff anyway

Not to sure I will be bothering, picked up a Supra yesterday- suitably modified to fast and furious spec!

Thanks for the test runs last night to, showed up a couple of points to tweak on the tracks smile.

I have a decent series of races now, mix of sports car and rally reps which would be a fun one for a Sunday.
