God knows how you get by as a new player these days.
This is what i am wondering..

I bought the criminal starter pack so i started with some cars , a garage, a bunker, a biker club and the counterfeit factory, and $1m.
I then bought a warehouse and some crates and failed to collect a single crate using the tracker thing..they just seems to be all over the place and i never even saw one . Since then i have been stealing supplies and selling the merchandise (or trying too) and I havent even got back up to the original $1m i started with.

I am sure i am missing all sorts of opportunities and spending much more on ammo than an experienced player would but having to kill a dozen bloody merryweather guys everytime i make a drop really eats into my profits.

It doesnt help that i totally suck at gunfighting with a PS4 controller. I need to start remembering to chuck the controller away and revert to keyboard and mouse for fighting, or maybe i should play on servers with auto aim activated!

Best thing to do in your position is focus on the bunker, since you've got it already. It'll pay around $1.01m per sale. After that grab the import export CEO thing, which is an easy $320k an hour, for minimal effort. After that focus on the profitable MC businesses, then the nightclub - which passively aggregates your acquired businesses, and sells for about $1.8m a pop. It's grindy to get going, but you'll be pulling in a couple of million every few days once you're up and running.

Send me an add, username's in the Wiki - I'm on PC fairly often, and happy to help out.

I keep watching all these videos that say stuff like that..how on earth do i make my bunker pay £1m per sale??

The 1st time i tried to sell weapons from my bunker it was about $70k or something and i got killed by another player while i was defending the cargo from merryweathers guys after the 1st or 2nd drop! I have succesfully sold about $45k out of it so far but all the running around stealing supplies and then running around trying to make all the drops It felt like it took hours to make that money smile

I have been to the casino to spin the 'wheel of fortune' every day since i started about five days ago and i have won clothes every day..I dont even know where i am supposed to collect these free clothes from if i wanted clothes !

Is there any way to block nuisance phone calls??

Bloody Lester is calling me ten times an hour telling me to buy a facility i cant afford and don't want.

I guess it is designed to drive you crazy enough that you buy Shark cards to buy the stuff?

I find LJT far more annoying. Keeps ringing even after you buy the MC businesses, just to tell you its run out of stock

I have turned the ringer off now, so it is far less annoying.

Since I guess you guys will be focusing on doing the COXI playlists on Sunday night, if we were to do a Top Gear style evening, would you guys prefer it to be on Saturday night instead?

I didn't even know you could do that!

What really gets me is that the phone always seems to ring at a critical moment, when you're in a fight or whatever.

As the other poster mentioned, get the bunker cooking. Some of the sell missions are difficult, so much so I back out and re request the sale mission.

Watch some youtube vids on getting a system where you do several missions repeatedly, all earning and watching the cool down times.

Dont PvP fight. Its pointless and costs money.

Watch out for the double money guides too. they can be uselfull.

Also dont waste money on clothes car etc until you have the generation sorted!

I saved up and bought the car import/export warehouse and now i have my quota of stored standard range and mid range cars i only source high end cars so can make about 80k per successful transaction, and i can do it on my own without needing help to do large sales from the bunker!

It is the easiest/quickest income generating method I have found so far.

My income run goes like this;

Bunker run, Nightclub run, Heist. I do this daily (or as much as possible) - I have a solid heist partner who does the same.

Aim for this set up and you will be fine!

I assume you purchase the supplies for the bunker? I tried buying some and i ended up losing money!

Are you doing the fleeca heist every day??

Yes purchase supplies.

Yes, with the Corona I have more time than normal, so I am getting the set ups knocked out during the day - then myself and the heist buddy do our two heists back to back (50/50 Commision split) - it is working well, but as you expect, gets boring!

Call out to the PS4 players, been informed of a 50-lap endurance race that'll be hosted on a Bathurst course on PSN this Sunday at 10 PM.

http://vansociety.net/vansevent/bathurst-1000-endu...

It's for 'Tier 2 Supers', Catchup Off, Slipstream and Contact on. Contact the race organiser through PSN if you want entry into one of the qualifying sessions.

Figured you might be interested.

0600 AWST on 19 April is 2300 tonight BST - there’s a bit of inconsistency in their time zone translation to Europe.

Sounds fun but I’m not going to be joining at that time.

Can anyone suggest some good things to do in co OP mode to make money and rank up?

I've started playing with my son, he's in a different country, and were not sure how to start doing missions together etc.

You are very limited as far as doing heists with only the two of you, but you can work together to do deliveries and pick ups for any of the businesses.

My buddy and i have formed a team , we pretty much do our own thing until we need a little help, generally in the form of air cover (we both have Buzzards) when the other one is doing a run.

I assume you both have headsets or atleast microphones? That is pretty much essential if you want to work well together.

ETA: We dont use the in game comms, we use a separate bit of software, (Discord) so we can still chat when changing servers etc. it also means you dont have to hear the rest of the bullst that is being broadcast by the other players, generally in a foreign language.

I think Contact Missions are on double money/RP this week - if I remember correctly just hit Options > Jobs > Rockstar Created > Contact Missions, and start working your way through them (assuming you have them unlocked) - There’s plenty there, and they’re quite fun to do if there’s a couple of you - can make some good money very quickly when on double money - helps if you have a buzzard / armoured car too
