Think I’ll join the club. Just started playing again after years away. Used to have a +100 level account and no idea what happened to that so now a lowly noob. Still, I had a fair bit of money despite being level 4 so invested in an office and warehouse without really knowing what being a CEO entails.
Chased around a helicopter in my car around the whole map with no way of taking it down!!

No you can't sell offices, warehouses, bunkers, facilities, arcades, submarines, yachts, avenger, nightclub, apartments, motorbike clubhouses or any businesses.
You can downgrade these things to the cheapest one though, so for example if you have a $2m penthouse apartment you can downgrade it to a 2 car garage which is about $50k or something. I think you get back 50% of the original cost, so you'd get $950k.
See the above in terms of what to buy/not to buy and how to build money up.
The only thing I can think of for your account is that you had an account on PS3 and didn't transfer to PS4, that is now not possible so they started you off again.
There is a race series that is x3 money and Rp at the moment, that should push your level up pretty quick but feel free to join us / send a FR.
brad, there is an xbox crew on the link I gave, not sure how many still play on it though, it seemed to die a bit of a death with Xbox One came out, quite a few came across from xbox to playstation back then.

Already invested in the cheapest properties so unfortunately will just need to grind the old fashioned way! Take it money glitches are more difficult to come by now as well.

We still do those original races - we do a lot of them with other racing crews - those crews are running original tracks pretty much every night - Just join on some with us, add a few people from those races to your friends list and then you'll start to get invites - They're fast though, very fast - we've all been racing together for years but rarely win in those lobbiesMiss doing all the old school races, 99% of them now seem to be hot wheels stunt races
I’ve recently just got back into GTA Online - I’ve got Challenger on the wiki list and have somehow got to level 38.
I’ve got a couple of garages and an apartment but I think I’ll follow the guide and set up some heists.
Is there a recommendation on property to buy to do the heists solo? I’m fed up of 15 year old youths spoiling the fun!

There are four sets of heists:
The original ones. You need a "high end apartment", which (I think) is anything above 200k. I know for sure the ones in Alta Street are ok.
Doomsday Heists. You need a facility.
Casino Heists. You need an arcade.
Cayo Perico Heists. You need a Kosatka submarine.
The only ones that you can do solo is Cayo perico and as per last few posts earn quite well.
All the rest are possible with just 2 people, max of 4.
The doomsday ones are the longest due to all the setups and the facility is probably the most expensive building I think ?
Casino probably the shortest I think.

Did he inspect your garages and tell you what goes on in Los Santos? Its his second home.

I don’t do any heists really - nobody to do them with.
I tend to just tool around the map picking fights with people on Depressers.
I’ve also just bought an MOC so have souped up my APC with proximity mines which is super fun. It’s useless against Depressers though

Ahh - sorry no. Challenger did a couple of missions with me about a year ago, but I've just done a lot of races and some heist set-up with randoms. Taking seemingly thousands of attempts to steal a helicopter is incredibly frustrating after a while though. Did he inspect your garages and tell you what goes on in Los Santos? Its his second home.

An unexpected period of free time has led to me channelling my inner flaneur, but I appreciate that most productive members of society will be, err, being productive whilst I'm farting around. I seem to have been kicked out of the clan recently, not sure why but I have chucked in another request.
Been doing a few races with Vinopete and BigKahonies the last few times I have been on, god I'm bad at racing!
Would love to have a crack at a few of the heists if anyone is still doing them?
