Project Cars Stoopid Challenges
Discussion
Brno is a nice track as there aren't many big stops which makes the 98T squirm when getting back on power at low speed, but the car is "tricky" to say the least. Fighting it all the way...but if you can get just the right flow it feels like hero time...it's mainly about managing the throttle to stop huge turbo boost mid corner throwing you off into the scenery backwards.

But not a flicker of interest, marketing's obviously not my thing. Maybe you could post a supportive reply and that might kick-start them????
Just to let everyone know all 6 races for the championship are open. You should see a drop down list of them all when you're in PCLapUpdater. The last 5 races are 1 week duration only and will start closing as each week passes but you're more than welcome to do any/all of them.

I'll take a look, but have to be honest most of my time has been spent in career mode lately. Restarted in VR with FRookie championship, I'm just getting to the invitational events. 100% duration, 100% AI, real aids, damage/fuel/tyres all set to real...
VR is awesome, I'm putting my monitors up for sale soon...definitely need the upgrade I'm planning in November. Head tracking can be a little jerky at times, and can't run PC2 in VR as it's not optimised yet.
Looking forward to some real world track time on Wednesday, I've got 3x20minute sessions at Silverstone in a Ginetta (think it's the GT4 car but not sure). Looks like an open pitlane trackday, so likely to be some quick stuff about to scare me witless...

Got builders in and not had much chance to get online but did not enjoy that one little bit - not sure how I managed to get a lap as quick as I did, never mind trying to go any quicker. Not having a clue where the laptop is to hook up the updater and graphs probably not helped either.
Saying that, rest of the challenges look more up my street.

Well that was a day to remember... Ginetta G40 is a lovely car to drive and good fun but alongside some of the stuff out there today it felt slow. Managed to get a bonus session in as well as there was time left over. At the driver briefing a bloke from Radical piped up, said if you fancy a go in one we have a couple here just come and see us...so I did.
Drove the RS1 and managed to spin off at Copse, which was bloody quick and if I hadn't got the clutch down quick enough it would have destroyed the clutch...luckily I did phew! Anyway, I highly recommend you try the RS1 if you get a chance, it's insanely quick. Best of all it was totally free, although I'm sure they were trying to sell me a racing package
What a day!
