wavey hello all,

Got one of these for the kids and gave it to them yesterday, new model in grey with Mario Kart. The auto steer/acceleration in Mario Kart was why I went for it as kids are young.

Having bought Street fighter at least 8 times already, went to buy it, but don't want to pay £45 out of principal, so will wait for a sale!!

Think I currently need:

Travel Case, any recommendations?
An SD card.

Should I put a screen protector on it, or is it pretty scratch proof?

Loading cartridges is a pain, so online games seem the way to go.

Will download the free ones, and pickup a couple in the current sale too.
I'd avoid Street-Fighter on switch, it's a terrible port. I got the Hori soft case myself and would recommend it.

I got both Luigi's mansion 3 and ring fit adventure yesterday and looking forward to giving both a go.

I think I had/have it on the SNES. I recall thinking wtf when the turbo version came out shortly later.

Short. Limited. Unusual.
Probably the most interesting thing I’ve played this year.

Highly recommend Luigis Mansion 3, fun for all ages, took me around 70 hours to complete, worth every penny, now the missus is half way through it too.

Have you bought the online subscription yet, if not the worth the money as it gives you a Snes and NES games bundle. I just spent an hour playing Snes Mario kart and Nes Super Mario 3.

Ah, I think it's just the SF2 port on the online store that is bad. The 30th anniversary collection is supposed to be alright.

Tried to get a Switch today to compliment the Switch Lite in constant use in our house...hens teeth!

Everywhere is sold out, nowhere had an ETA apart from Game who would take a £50 deposit to secure one in their next delivery expected sometime around early February.

Tried to buy one Saturday and soon gave up - had no idea stores are quoting February though! That's absurd.

Not really. Most of the updated consoles are being sold at a premium.

I was going to get one in Jan, just took a look and it's pricier than I would have liked, special edition zelda is 160odd.
NIntendo was the competitively priced one from the N64 to the Wii.
And I need to buy both Zelda games biggrin
