Pretty sure I had a wallhack today. Holed up in a house stuffed with weapons so I'd left them lying around, doors closed.
I heard him arrive in a car and positioned myself upstairs with a view of the stairs. I can hear him opening doors etc. I've not moved.
Next thing, hail of bullets and I'm dead, didn't even see him.

I don't think there are specific cheats but the game is still in beta and there are glitches. I've seen Youtube videos where someone could see straight into a building.

I'm sure there are cheats, but lag is the biggest issue I've seen when it comes to dying without seeing an enemy or other oddities. I've also had several instances of buildings not rendering in properly; I can see windows and the interiors, but the walls are invisible. I've yet to actually see anyone inside a building like that though.

Monthly patch notes suggest that unscrupulous players could delete certain files which would remove the outer walls of buildings.. This is now fixed and may explain some deaths I've had in Solo..

I started playing this last night, quickly got pee'd off with it, but managed 3rd place today - only by fluke though I think. I think it's mentally draining putting all that work in to get equipped only to be nailed in the back from someone you cant see.

There is a very steep learning curve. Stick with it and add some of us to squad up if you'd like?

Yes,it can be frustrating to be shot by people you never see, but over time you realise that a lot of these can be avoided... Don't rush round corners, try not to run across fields, listen for shots around you, use all cover: walls,rocks, cliffs etc, know where people will be coming from, above all be patient, nothing wrong in hiding in a toilet for 20 minutes! You will get there, and even if you die, you never have long to wait for another game.
Check out the loads of hints videos on YouTube, especially from Stonemountain, zonky, levelcap, wtfmoses etc
