You get to shoot people in this game?
My last few have been jogging simulations.
I did find a motorbike that I then crashed into a river, that was a highlight.
Lol it can feel like that sometimes, I call it the running across field simulator but once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to drop into more crowded areas with a bit more confidence and get stuck in.My last few have been jogging simulations.

Got down to the last two last night.
circle ended up being a couple of trees, bushes, some grass and a ridge, I was on the ridge looking down, I only needed to see the other guy from the ridge and I had the advantage, a minute goes by and I cant locate him, circle now cuts the ridge off, forcing me down, I start shooting at bushes in the hope he is in one, no luck, as I move down towards a tree, He had been behind it the whole time, strafing round the tree to make sure wherever I was on the ridge I couldn't see him. I had completely dominated upto that point aswell, I hate them damp squib endings that favour the camper. I was running up and down the ridge, and rather than go for a shot on me, he waited.
Sounds like he had the right idea and outsmarted you.circle ended up being a couple of trees, bushes, some grass and a ridge, I was on the ridge looking down, I only needed to see the other guy from the ridge and I had the advantage, a minute goes by and I cant locate him, circle now cuts the ridge off, forcing me down, I start shooting at bushes in the hope he is in one, no luck, as I move down towards a tree, He had been behind it the whole time, strafing round the tree to make sure wherever I was on the ridge I couldn't see him. He did, he won Although the circle played a large role in what happened, if it fell on me he would have had to move, therefore me having the advantage being on the ridge, if the circle fell on him, which it did, he had the advantage as I was walking into an open area where he was hidden. So ultimately the circle decided our fates. My location on the ridge was never meant to be hidden, by having the ridge I had the advantage and was playing on that, unfortunately it didnt pay off.

As part of training/learning to loot quickly and shoot well, I've been following SM64's advice of join a squad game but solo. so disable matchmaking and join a squad game.
Then you land in a high traffic area such as military, novo or crater and play for kills.
Quickly gets you used to firefights, and usefully, longer range shooting.
Your chicken dinner chance isn't that great, but its a good way to get experience quickly.
Been doing the same, it's really useful, you just have to really not care about the win, just the kills. Then you land in a high traffic area such as military, novo or crater and play for kills.

Just spent a couple of hours doing this having seen someone's tip-off on the gaming rig thread. //thanks chap
-WOW-
It's like they reset gaming and brought back the fun part. Okay so EVERYONE is way better than me but hey I punched someone wearing pants and killed him! I do feel a bit bad about that but I've since been treated worse.

Im still getting stutters after this patch but thats probably down to my 2 cans & string internet.Didnt stop me sniper dominating a care package from the top of the diving board in the abandoned pool, or getting to 3rd, but being so busy concentrating on what I thought was in front of me that I got tapped from behind-I was right up against the circle but went too far forward.
First Chicken Dinner since the stat refresh in squads tonight. Pushed in to a 3 vs 4 sand off and found myself lying down beside an enemy in a Ghillie suit, poor bugger had a sniper. I had a double barrel as my secondary XD. He goes boom, his whole team stand up out of the grass to deal with me, and my teammates hosed them down.
Because the plane and the wind are fking noisy:
1: Download nircmd and install
2: Download Autohotkey and install - make sure it's integrated into the shell
3: Right click on desktop and choose 'New' > 'Autohotkey script'
4: Edit the script, delete all the guff in there and paste all of the below text into the new script:
5: Save the script as whatever you want to call it, right click and compile
Next time you play, double click the resultant exe created before starting the game and enjoy using NumPad Minus to reduce the ingame volume @25% per press and NumPad Plus to increase the volume @50% per press.
Thank me later and enjoy talking to the squad as you skydive..
Because Crouch Jumping is the st, in Settings, Control:
Pay special attention to the keypress orders in 5-7
1. Click on alt-button box for Jump, let go of everything (box should be green)
2. Press and hold shift, Press and release space, release shift (box should have shift+space bar)
3. Click on alt-button box for Crouch, let go of everything (box should be green)
4. Press and hold shift, press and release space, DO NOT RELEASE SHIFT (box should have shift+space bar, box should stay green!)
5. Click on primary-button box for Jump, CONTINUE TO HOLD SHIFT (primary jump box should turn green, secondary crouch button should turn back to normal non-selected Grey)
6. Press and release Space bar (primary jump box should go back to non-selected grey)
7. Release Shift
I don't take credit for this one but enjoy that new found freedom. Slight downer if you're one of those buggers that jumps up the hills as it can make you end up crouched.
