Patch notes are here, there are lots of changes and some not listed such as flag conditions in races

Picked this up given the price (>£20!!!! 
) having been decidedly turned off racing games many, many years ago. I'd rather tea-bag in my gaming 
.
Anyhoo, I couldn't help but watch the opening cinematic, which I never do, and... it made me feel emotional
. Can't quite work out why. Perhaps the music but it has sucked me right in . 
Really enjoying it and it is my new go-to game when friends playing shooters aren't on.
Just a final shout out to those of you on my friends list adding photos/liveries. Some of them are just amazing. Mad skillzz bredren as the yoof would say

The grip difference is noticable, it is certainly a lot more defined now beween grip and sliding.

Rather than slow the Beetle down, it looks like they've sped everything else up.

It's a pity they couldn't get some sort of tie in with wec/blancpain and include spa , lemans , silverstone, sebring , zolder, monza, paul ricard , missano tracks .

maybe they will release the tracks and tie it in with an FIA e racing WEC series... can't imagine they will never have LeMans... they have the cars and photo locations already!Lynchie999 said:

Driving a couple of rwd GR.4 cars they seem to drive smoother with a pad.
Feels like they are slower, but maybe that's because the last car I drove last night was a 300mph+ Dodge SRT thing.
The first race I did had some muppet ramming me from behind and the rear 3/4 panel at times and no SR down for me, seemed like SR had been fixed.
However in the next race it was on SR overload, also got a 10 second penalty for being punted off track. At one stage, it also showed in tiny orange text just above the steering angle sensor, the name of another driver and SR down with 0.00 time penalty.
4mil if you want the new cars, 2 for the Cobra, 1mil each for the other 2.
The other big change is when there are flags,. Previously no obvious difference when a yellow flag came up, however now you get a massive banner on screen flashing yellow all over, for eg, (not really seen any other colour flags yet, just green) and the banner states no overtaking, will be interesting if you get some kind of time penalty etc if you do overtake under the yellow flag.

Been playing this on and off for about a week now just started using the motion sensor on the pad which is interesting not sure if im faster yet or not can’t remember my previous times...
Something has been bugging me though i went on a server and people had SS tyres on their cars so thought i would put them on mine but the option was greyed out, can you only change settings in the garage before you join a lobby?

5 seconds. Two people just went off in front of me. One was buried in the wall, the other was still moving in the right direction and rejoining and I got penalised as I went by the second one. Literally the same instant the warning flashed on screen, I overtook. Instant 5 seconds on the slow down warning. Harsh as f
k!ETA. The SR numbers flash up so fast I can't read them.
