The grp2 cars are pretty intense. Bit quick for me, and I’ve struggled to get anywhere near my optimum so far.

Having just tried a Gr2 car I may have been a bit ambitious with my first estimate! I may stick to lurching round Tokyo with the other geriatrics smile

Bit pressed for time. What are today's chosen combos?

Just watched your replay. Nuts!

Took 2 seconds off my mornings 1:16 by putting CSA on and turning TC off but just running out of talent now, i can't seem to carry the speed through the corners frown

Based on a quick go in the Gr.2s and the Veyron Gr.4, you're very safe!

NSX is best grp2 - other 2 are faster in a straight line, but have a lot of understeer. NSX is pretty tricky to get out of the tighter corners.

I started in the Huracan at Bathurst, but despite running really nice lines, it wasn’t fast enough.

Veyron is a boat, and doesn’t stop or turn very well but it’s quick... I used -3 BB.

Good luck... my Chinese is on its way.

I don't use the Veyron for those reasons. The understeer at Skyline, for example, isn't something I can work with.

I went a full second quicker in it than the Huracan once I found a brake balance that suited me and worked out the braking points.

I really enjoyed Gr4 yesterday, it suits the track better than Gr3 I think.
I was only losing time on one corner, the really tight left hander going up the mountain.
I couldn’t take it in 3rd like the top 10 lot were,
I just lost too much momentum.
Pleased with my time though, I think I was 14th at one point

My bank balance is going up again nicely against after not wasting time on that sodding competition any more!
I’d bought the Jag for 20m as I had maxed my $, then doing qualifying all the time stopped it going up again.
I’m already over 2m again already if I hadn’t bought a gr2

Why is Monza fked on penalties again since the update? All you do is look at a kerb and it’s a 3 second penalty. Someone bumps me off the track, they get nothing. I touch them coming back on as they’re trying to hold me out and another fking penalty!

I’m getting close to fking done with this game now it’s beyond a joke

I hate Monza, I don't even bother trying to race on it.
The whole track is nonsense to me, stop start stop start stop start.
Even if everyone learnt how to brake it would still be crap!

As we reflected when it was released, it's a turd track for racing. Veyron plus Monza equals fk it I can't be arsed.

Back to being baffled on Tsukuba today. Watching the replays of the fastest times. They brake later and stop sooner. Then accelerate earlier and harder. During all this the car looks planted. I have nothing like the grip levels. Head scratching time.
