I was in a practice lobby with Kie and veloce storm, I lost 50 secs in 12 laps to storm and I finished 3rd smile that was using the 911 though, the Lexus is 1.5 secs a lap slower..there's a real possibility of getting lapped, I wouldn't worry about feeling that your not good enough, there's always someone to race with and it's all a learning process.

Only 50 secs behind the winning NSX! I'm genuinely pleased with the result and had a good race long battle with an Evo. Well done PD on the new format, just what FIA needed.

I've just started reading online and apart from a few messy races, enjoying it so far. But a bit confused about SR and DR - i read it as sportsmanship rating (how clean you are) and driver rating (how quick you are). I'd got to SR S and DR B in a few days but had a race this morning, started pole but finished 2nd, got a clean race bonus but still dropped down to SR A?

Also penalty system seems to penalise you if someone stuffs it down the inside and hits you? So i have started covering the inside more - any other tips?

Also how can i see how my SR and DR are doing?

PSN ID is doesnt_afraid if anyone sees me

You'll get used to the weird and random penalty system smilehttps://www.kudosprime.com for all your SR/DR needs.

There's a GTS Companion app which shows how many DR & SR points you gained/dropped. It's pretty good and updates almost instantly.

Will update tonight but man o man, did I get a drop in SR from three races at Interlagos last week. I will have to start from the back and just make sure I don't hit anyone in the Nurburgring race. I was used as a weapon to force others off and got multiple penalties. My SR dropped to 33 points so am now a B/C rated driver.

My SR hasn't been that low since purchasing the game during release date.

Can't wait to watch the Monaco finals on YouTube when they have been added as won't be able to watch it live.

Can't wait for Laguna Seca as love that track...at times smile

I wasn't too fussed about Spa and then when we had Race C there, I couldn't get enough of it. I've made a second account so I can start the game again and have really enjoyed it...more so then on my original account. The G29 and the grip feels more positive then when I'm on my primary account. I'm not feeling this week's races to be honest.

Anyone purchased the LH DLC? I have and it's hard. The Merc just understeers like a b'stard and the first five (out of ten) tracks I've done, I've only gotten gold in one.

Need to up my game.

Not going to pay for time trials on existing circuits with existing cars. Seems a very odd pay feature.

Usually, I'd have said the same thing but I thought that as the DLC's are always free, I'd pay the £6.49 or whatever it was this time. Frustrating I can tell you but maybe that may make me a better driver.

LH has been banging on about making motorsport more accessible to the less fortunate however, quite happily takes the kids cash for some time trials. confused

Really tempted to pick this up again for some online racing.

I've seen a few comments talking about weekly races, are these now a thing?

I seem to remember before there being the 3 daily races which was hard work to keep up with, getting only an hour or two an evening meant you never quite got up to speed!

Yeah. Races are now weekly but can be generic. I now have a second account and seem to attract cleaner drivers then my primary account.

This week's races are:

Race A: Tsukuba using the MX5 Touring Car
Race B: Gr3 at Redbull
Race C: Gr1 at LeMans (fuel and tyre wear on)
