The weekly challenges are quite good, but you need a fair selection of cars to get the most from them.
The developer posted on here ages ago about expanding the career mode. It never happened though, despite it being a really easy thing to do.
I think the fact that you won decent cars for free is stopping them. They want your money. Which is fair enough.
It's a good game up until that point.

I bought a carbon fibre pack using credits that I had raised from answering questions for Google. I got a Ford Taurus as my "B" car from that. At that point I stopped playing as I didn't see the point of playing loads of events in the hope of winning decent packs if I could put all that effort in to win something as unexciting as the Ford.

I'd pick it back up again if there was an extended campaign or if there was a realistic chance of winning good (or interesting) cards in the packs. I can't play it when I don't feel like I'm working towards anything. I don't see the point in buying good cars as there is no sense of achievement.

I keep getting upset that it claims the Lancia Beta is FWD and the pic shows a Volumex, but the spec is for a standard car.

The key does seem to be upgrading lesser cars. I have a 1970 escort with off-road tyres which I've upgraded to the max on everything and it's good for the dirt and snow. It's an odd mix of cars, no doubt down to rights, but there is a wide range of KTM and Caterhams (I'm using a Caterham 21 lots) and no Ferraris or Lamborghinis.

It's quite fun beating a Renault 5 Turbo 2 with a Panda 4x4 on the ice.

Anyone got any good tips for cars which punch above their weight RQ wise? For me (all fully upgraded):

Dodge Stealth | RQ9 | 0-60 5.5s | Handling 86
Mazda MX5 BBR Turbo | RQ13 | 0.60 5.9s | Handling 92
Plymouth Barracuda Fastback | RQ14 | 0.60 4.3s | Handling 71
Suzuki Swift Rally Spec | RQ15 | 0.60 6.0 | Handling 86
Caterham 7 270 | RQ16 | 0.60 4.0s | Handling 83

For me having a few of these in my garage has been really useful for events/challenges where RQ is restricted.

Im still playing with this way more than I should.

Stealth is bound to get an RQ increase next patch as its utterly broken at the moment. Others for your list:

Honda Beat RQ4. Still punches way above its weight even after moving up from RQ3.

Almost anything on off road tyres will be useful at some point.

Lotus Elan RQ11 - doesnt love much at all to big hitters on wet twisty tracks.

XJS Trans Am / El Camino perform strongly on High Speed / Drags for RQ15.

Funnily enough I won an Eland yesterday so now in the process of upgrading it.

I already have an upgraded XJS Trans Am and agree it really comes into it's own on certain tracks.

Has anybody had problems after upgrading their phone contracts? I upgraded to the IPhone XS max yesterday and after the restore I’ve lost all my game progress and it’s gone back to square one! The old iPhone was fully backed up but all the game data’s gone.
