Still showing as 4.99 for me. It comes up as 17.99 in the instant search dropdown box, but when you go to the page it's showing as 80% off @ 4.99

Says on special offer, runs out 19th Feb

It's coming at 4.99 in both my browser and steam client. I've grabbed the link from both client and browser and both resolve to the above.

It shows me £4 but when go into the page it says 'buy for a friend' for that, as I own the game.



If I open a browser and go to the Steam Store on it without signing in then it says £17.

Never tried buying something for someone before, can you do it without being friends on Steam?

When the game first came out there was a discount to those who had the original version. I guess that's the reason for the difference?

Buy for a friend seems the way to go.

I've played it a couple of times, haven't yet tried the multiplayer

I got the original Spintires for £2.95 from fanatical, then loved it so much I went to get the 'new' one off steam, was willing to pay 20 odd quid for it but came through as £7.99! Must of been as i owned the other one...

result.
When i am a bit worn put from sim racing its a great game to stick on and relax...although can be frustrating..
I echo others that have said its a game which makes it own stories.
