There is a large community for GT Sport & folk upload decals in huge numbers that can be searched for & downloaded to be used in the livery editor. You can also create them on a PC & save as .svg files to uploads & share. I just finished this F40 in IGOL LM livery, most of the logos were found in the Discover section of GT Sport but I had to make the Argo Wiggins & FUN radio stickers within the game

I've not made decals. Where the right ones don't exist I've either used a similar looking library one or been lucky enough that someone like djdest has made one for me.

Your F40 design, like the ones I've done, suffers as a consequence of not having a nice thick spoked 5 spoke rim like the original motorsport rim. I'm hoping they put some in the game soon.
