Sorry if this has been asked before.

When doing the 8 or 24H races does the B-spec driver Aunto pit??

I ask as today when doing the nuremberg 4Hour forgot to pit and i think it was done without me having to press the pit in button.

If it does then great if no How the F*** can you dot he 24H race even on x3 speed.

Cheers

It will pit whenever it needs fuel or tyres..BUT every time it pits it goes back to single speed mode so you have to keep changing the speed back

Ah great, at least I can leave it overnight and I won't have to get it to pit in. x1 speed is better than having to stay up all night and checking the fuel and tyres every 10 mins. Don't thinkt he wife will be to impressed.

I know it does pit when it needs new tyres/fuel but don't you have to hit a button to say yes re-fuel and give me new tyres?? I did an 8hr race on saturday. The car needed to pit every 40 minutes. A couple of times i came back to the TV to find the car sitting in the pit doing nothing waiting for me to push a button. So is there an option/setting i am missing here??? If so where can i change my settings? Cheers.

What jezza said, also, the car only seems to auto-pit when the tyres are red as a poker.

I'm not sure how long it waits, but it gets on with the stop in the end. You'll save a few seconds per pitstop if you're there to click OK straight away, but over the course of an endurance race I wouldn't worry too much.

I don't think you can change the amount of tyre wear that will prompt a pit stop.

To win the cars.

There are 3 24 hours races which really do take 24 hours.

Its easier to just get the B spec man to do it...

It's also got to be a health issue. You can't expect people to play a game for 24hours straight and there's no save feature in the middle of an endurance race. It would look great if GT4 started giving people epileptic fits because they played for an entire day with no rest.

Yes it does work. You have to wait about 5-6 seconds though.
