The three carbines are great medium range weapons when fitted with a scope. Plus the tromboncino has a grenade launcher 
Just played a game and a guy on the opposition went 73-0 in a plane. What’s the point of playing when that is happening? There literally no chance of shooting down from the ground as there isn’t enough AA Guns. You get in the air and unless you have grinded the 4 levels and died repeatedly to get the upgraded planes you can’t touch them.
It’s not even about skill it’s about fairness and giving all players the ability to play on an even playing field.

IM one of them though not sure what my highest killstreak is, i play with another and his highest has been 100 (unless hes topped it now) and yes i was there and saw it or you can check bf tracker.It’s not even about skill it’s about fairness and giving all players the ability to play on an even playing field.
Its easy to do on the Pacific War maps, flares and 2x 500lb bombs and away you go. When i play with him, we tend to find clusters of people and its a competition to see who can get the biggest cluster.

Yeah this. Flieger does 90 damage on a good hit. I'm one of those pilots too. If you're dealing with enemy AA, plus 3 enemy aircraft, plus Flieger it's really difficult to get any real traction in aircraft. But on a map where you're facing none of those it's pretty straight forward to go over 100-0.
Sinced they delayed the 500lb bombs I've gone to the fighter and started using the x8 rockets. It does as much damage and you can actually shoot down fighters without using 600 rounds of ammunition!

They've been having trouble recently (maybe ddos tts again?) Plus providers have throttled back internet speeds. I played last night with Slaney and it seemed okFor me it depends on what the team is like, im not a fan of the massive desert maps (hamada and that other one) as prefer tighter maps.

tBreakthrough on Iwo Jima I think is my absolute fave, a good mix of everything and usually seems to throw up some good hard scraps. Second to that is the Solomon islands, then Pacific Storm. I don't play the original maps much anymore, aside from Aerodrome and Twisted Steel. I quite like Hamada but lots seem to hate it.

I'm still moaning about not having Strike at Karkand and Ziba Tower but Operation Underground is fun, it can get a bit dull if nobody else is willing to try and move forward though. It also stresses the importance of having a range of classes playing.
I like playing Rotterdam because it reminds me of Amiens and Seine Crossing from BF1 and BF3.
I enjoy most for different reasons though, the only one I find a bit tedious is Fjell 652, especially when the weather effects are happening.

Unless decent people are in the fighters or flieger it’s easy.
Easy to get shot down though as I demonstrated when I have a go and fly too low to try some strafe action.
So... maybe getting one new map in a couple of months, but otherwise that's it for BF5
