I'm still playing too once or twice a week. I get the frustration with the aircraft; in their efforts to balance the gameplay they've really increased the skill gap. The AA is now so powerful and at such a range that they're very difficult to counter. Even when you know what you're doing, it still takes between 6-8 rockets to kill the guy on it. The Flieger is back to being a one-shot kill too so even on those rare moments you're enjoying a dog fight, youre easy-pickings for someone sat in their own spawn next to a resupply point.
That said, I still generally manage to go over 50k - 0d most games in the fighters, especially on the Pacific maps. Higher than that if I've got a good recon on the team throwing flares out. That's probably half of what I was getting before, the AA buffs make for a much more cautious game. I do see tankers now generally higher than me on the scoreboard, seems a lot of people have realised that having a 'wingman' can stop a lot of the sneaky guys with lunge mines etc.
I'm on Xbox if anyone ever fancies a game.

I just noticed they've dropped the in-game upgrade to the "Definitive Edition" from 3000 BC down to 1000 BC - you get 1000 BC just for completing the weekly mission this week. (edited, apologies to anyone who rushed to play on the back of my lies 
)
That said, and with 2800 won BC in the back (alongside 500,000 CC) I still can't really see anything I want to spend the money on in the bundle, only the smouldering Halloween outfit really peaked my interest but you can't see it when you're playing so you're essentially enhancing someone else's experience of the game when you think about it

Say what? Its just 100 BFC for this weeks assignments as normal (not 1,000). Sadly not for me, as i blew my BFC's on the German shorts the other week, and ive only got 500 left now.
Had to laugh last night - almost everyone was dressed as Captain Birdseye in our team!

Seems to me that sometimes, I have to empty a whole clip into someone to kill them, but they kill me with one shot. In my experience, that is normal for online shooters though.
Love getting on the AA guns and shooting aircraft down. Some maps start with people in the air and they like to bomb the closest flags to your team. They don't expect the AA guns on them though
.I don't normally snipe, but one map has a brilliant section for it. Can't remember the name, but it has the tank wreck section with burning tanks. I sneak round the border popping people off after catching the flag. Works ok until the vehicles arrive. I was unseen for ages the other day and killed about 8 people before being found.

Probably one of the better bits of advice I had early on was in a straight one on one... duck behind cover and fire back while they’re reloading. It sounds simple but can be quite effective until you’re more experienced and can get headshots more regularly!k me...Two sessions online and I am s

I just can’t hit anything! It seems I have to shoot them a number of times before they die yet one shot kills me! Yet in practice I do alright. On the plus side it’s my girlfriends account so it’s her that looks s
