I managed to get one of the two cars I still really want from wheelspins the other day (93 Mustang), just want the Crown Vic now. Then it's the Monte Carlo from the LA Racer story missions and the Clio Williams from the street races.

The Forzathon shop has the special Aventador for 400 points - Upgrade the turbo and it makes nearly 1900BHP! hehe

I have a 1500bhp TDF. It’s pretty much undriveable.

Has anyone managed to win a 2019 911 GT3 RS or Ferrari 812 in a wheelspin/super-wheelspin yet?
Yes I got the Ferrari, it was very early on in the game on the first bunch of super wheelspins, along with an Iron Knight.
Both were in the forza shop at the start most people got them that way

Not sure if it has been mentioned here but have people been going into the Forza Hub? Because at least every month they have new rewards to collect. I get 350k credits every time which definitely helps. Sometimes it is more often.

The reward credits is weighted to what previous Forza's you've played, how often & how many achievements you've unlocked.

It's weekly, believe it updates every Thursday

I reckon it'll be the motorbike engine, or the I4 turbo rally. S/C or T/C will be available, and 4wd conversion. Pretty sure they're doing the police lights for it too.

I'm hoping to build a replica of my real one:

I've fitted a Peugeot TU5 engine into that, though, and I'm pretty sure that won't be an option hehe

I'm keeping everything crossed that they'll allow the front splitter to be fitted, but without the bumpers. So many of the classics look daft, because you can remove the bumper, OR fit a splitter and keep the bumper. In the real world, everybody would remove the bumper and fit the splitter. I know with the TR6, however, that you can remove the bumper and fit the splitter, so I'm hoping this is the same.

Soundtrack for the standard engine will likely be the same as the Lotus Eleven, as I think that has a Coventry Climax engine fitted. The Imp they used to 3D scan belongs to a guy in the States. He's on the Facebook group and showed pics of it.

I'm far, far too excited about it.

The Imp is awesome in-game. I fitted the bike engine but didn't gel with it, so went back to a fully upgraded standard engine, much more fun.

Looks like they're adding some cool cars in the coming weeks, including the new TVR Griffith at long last:

I've got a similar spec Imp with the standard engine upgraded. Wide arches, wide tyres, all the chassis stuff. It has been fun in the snow smile .

I was right that I couldn't fit a Saxo VTR engine, but the standard one is good fun (as per real life). Haven't done a bike-version yet, but it's on the list. Mind you, you can take the standard lump to 230bhp N/A, so no need for the bike lump really.

I was straight on it though! Did my livery (not perfected yet), and also did a tune where I got the power and torque characteristics as close as possible, so the 0-60 and top speed are about right for mine. Then I did the tyre sizes to match mine, geo, tyre pressures....the lot. Good fun!

It really sucks that you can't have the front splitter without the front bumper. Why Forza do this I have no idea!

I also made a replica of a rally car I have in my car cabinet:

Looking forward to the new Griffith. Tuscan is welcome, but kind of a rip off as it's been in the game before. A Cerbera, Chimaera, S or SEAC would be worthwhile, but the Tuscan's a bit of a rip-off, especially as it pretty much drives and sounds the same as the in-game Sagaris (i.e., not very well).

Finding this really stale lately. Even with the addition of the taxi story mode.

Theres still more races to do but it all feels like the same tracks over and over. I've been playing Forza ever since the 2nd one so the idea of building cars which I like doesn't really do much for me as all the upgrades and parts are the same as previous games.

Don't get me wrong, Horizon 4 is the best one yet - I'm just a bit bored of it to be honest. It's a shame as theres not a lot of great racing games about at the moment.

They've also released the final ever challenges for Horizon 3, it's oddly sad to see the festival "end"

On the plus side, getting them will keep you busy for the next 80 years

On the contrary, I didn't play FH4 for about a month over Xmas and through January as I didn't have time. I've stuck it back on over the last couple of weeks and I'm loving it again.

I don't find myself being pushed to progress through the game though, still have most the story missions to do. I've done a lot of the races and bought a few houses.

Wish there were more circuit races, my favourite thing to do is 10+ lap races where you can really dial in the course, normally with something A Class so it doesn't get silly.

Had a good session on it last night. Couple of co-op races, built a few cars and a few Forzathon events. I've had moments where I start getting bored, but it's the circuits, sprints and dirt races I enjoy the most. It's weird, but I prefer circuit racing on this to FM7, where you're actually on real circuits!

My gamertag is Teh Kitchski, if anyone wants to meet up for some online car geekery.

I know it’s not that sorta game, but I wish there was a ghost racing mode. Online racing is just an absolute st show it’s ridiculous.

I could be wrong, but I think there is a ghost mode. I have to say though, that all the online racing I've done has been decent. Only one guy was a bit all over the shop. Everyone else giving each other room etc.

I think there might be a glitch with mine(?) - reached level 25 on the road racing series, but when I level up it doesn't go beyond level 25? It just starts on that level again.

Admittedly I did do a few of those 35-minute 10-lap motorway cr500k / 100k influence races that some kind person created for easy coin.

I've also noticed since passing Level 200 it reset back to zero and i find myself back up to Level 8 confused

There will be a star and 1 next to your level score to say you've got to 200.

Ah, cheers. So if I get to level 200 again, will I just get 2 stars showing and have to start all over again?

Is there much benefit to keep levelling up beyond this?
