540m. Youre right, nothing to spend it on! Kinda pointless. 750 cars and have to keep deleting them for now ones but have every car in the game apart from the Capri FE which im not fussed about. Not gonna grind out pics and paint for that.

I really only use 7 or 8 cars:

Shelby Daytona - awesome for 700 and 800 road and dirt racing online

08 Viper - awesome for 900 road and dirt online.

Nissan Titan FE and Ranger Raptor - both brillIant for Cross Country 800.

Ram - great for 900 Cross Country.

VW IDR - to slow to win at 998 class but fun handling and grips well. Also 1 gear so relaxing for a race.

Agera RS - cant use it online but best for everything and all the weekly PR stunts.

Not sure why anybody would have it on the PC, to be honest. PC games are always a faff, whereas a console - stick it in, and it goes.

I use a Ps4 controller. Works excellent..
Although I uninstalled it.. got a bit bored of stage 5ing every car. Might the the Motorsports game or wait for FM8 lol.

Not really a gamer but got an xbox for my lad to play, came with forza and Lego pack.

Played it and I really have no idea what the idea is? I know I'm out of touch with games but do you just keep entering events? Some women keeps telling me to party in the festival and in the lego world it just says I've not got any bricks to build a house.

However I am enjoying f1 2019 much more like a car game I remember.

Did the daily bit to get up to 50% and got the Corvette. The buggy challenge is ridiculous, I might try drifting the vintage car later but I doubt I'll do it. Did the delivery van story instead and got 30/30 stars. Only 2 or 3 of them needed a second go to get 3 stars.

The vintage car drift is annoying but not too difficult.

Use a road circuit race on a circuit with lots of corners, set the AI difficulty to new racer, let them all overtake you then just e-brake past a bunch of them around a corner. Use rewind if you mess up, repeat a couple of times until yuo've done it then just quit the race.

I mainly play this game as single player, so I don't really get on with the online games part with infected, king, red team Vs blue team. When I do those I usually lose. Same this time with the buggy and the multiplayer. I tried the online adventure instead, I feel very silly about it now but I'd never done it before and didn't have a ranking. Did the 6 events for online free for all and I have a ranking now. So between that, the weekly and today's daily, I'm at 80% for Summer now .

Now I have questions . Online adventure, does it last the month? This month is nearly 40% done from the summer season, and the adventure is the only thing I haven't done before. If it is for the month, do I have to do the races to get ranked next month or is that it now and I'm ranked forever?

It lasts 4 weeks before resetting. But the good thing is once you're ranked, you only need to do 2/3 races again and where you finish is completely irrelevant. So you can let the rammers and online idiots go ahead, and just cruise to the end. Might even work by letting yourself time out, but haven't tried that yet.

I never did online but then had a go at it to get the Starcard and now play it more than any other 'thing' on FH4.

I used to hate it but found these things really helped:

1. Right car. Nothing is more important. Some cars just always do better than others. Get the car and then simply buy the tune from a well rated tuner.

2. Right car for type of race. Is it dirt or cross country. Dirt races in truth have very little dirt. Road - is it winter or summer?

3. Put racing line on and follow it. Definitely take the mantra slow in fast out.

4. Learn the tracks. Do races again and again. Practise makes perfect.

5. I found Eliminator massively helpful in learning the map. I think I had over 50 wins and 200 matches and this really helped with freeroam rush.

6. Don't get into ramming. Just ends up in tears. Ignore them and do your race.

So, decided to loom at the clubs thing, having never done so before and having zero friends on the xbox being a fully grown man with no apparent peers into the same! Found a PH club with only a few members so joined but not sure what purpose it serves? Is it all risky and post my gamer tag for people to add me?!

Also, notice the mic option - my daughter had one of those headsets with the mic but have never tried it - does it work with FH4? If so how?!

I've joined the pistonheads club too.

Think when you do solo races the driveators are named as some club members... It also show their speed traps, jump distances etc...

Pretty sure you can do conveys too.

Anyone struggling with buggies, use the vw class 5 baja bug and download the tune by Wonglokat
I spent a few hours failing it, downloaded this tune and was coming in 1st and 2nd in the races straight away.
