New stuff for the next 4 weeks of updates:

Ford Racing Puma
Nissan Pulsar GTI-R
Peugeot 205 Rallye
Toyota Celica 185
Toyota Celica ST205
Mitsubishi Starion

Quick photo mode: a quicker photo taking without the processing and menu stuff.
Very good list of cars, sadly I've got 744 in my garage at the moment so got to go through the tedious task of adding a bunch to the auction house - look out for some bargains this evening people! I don't need the money so what goes up will be going for the minimum amount

Should probably do something about my collection of more than 15 different clios as well.. bit of an obsession

Unlocked the Porsche by getting my 200th car photographed last night so I'm annoyed that they've now made it quicker to do, that was one of the worst tasks to unlock a car! Haven't even driven it yet...

Is there a car anyone really wants? I'm in the mood to empty the garage a bit so happy to pass a few i dont use or need over to PH'ers.

I think the only way to do it is list on the AH and am happy to stick anything on there at lowest buy it now price for you.

I'm in Oz so will need to coordinate time of listing. Im 7hrs ahead.

Get the Forza Hub app on your Xbox and get the gift money each week. How much you get depends on how far you've played through Forza games, I get 350,000 each week when I remember. You can get 6 figure and million credit prizes in the wheelspins and super wheelspins too. Most of the time you'll get a dance, a hat and 5k, but the big money ones are there hehe
Yeah I love it when I get a spin and it’s a shiny baseball cap lol.

Thanks for the tip. I’ve completed every forza since I bought an Xbox so should be an easy way of getting some big money.

Most of the cars I use out of choice are the more obscure cheap stuff, my favourites being a bike engined imp and an a spec sprite. The exotics don’t interest me but then when I need one for a particular challenge I dont have the money!

Money just appears from playing it, there is no magic way to make cash. I've spent hours and hours playing it, but always spend what I earn. Currently have 22 million, but that's the most i've ever had in one go.

In the beginning, there was a Mixer trick, where you could leave a video on loop on Mixer, and it would build up your Mixer influence, and therefore generate wheelspins. It was great, but they put a stop to it a couple of months in. I imagine at the same time, the amount of people using Mixer dropped significantly :-p

I find I get next to no clothing items or dances in the wheelspins now, but i assume that's as i already have (and ignore) most of them.

I love the game, but am finding i'm running out of things to do. However, I am crap at Drifting, and cant seem to grasp it. I also wasn't bothered with Eliminator when I tried it, so I never went back. I could do with spending some more time on these to try to improve.

I don't really enjoy the online side of it, the few races i've done, I find i'm getting into it, when some arse rams me off the track. My son and I play PVP a fair bit though, and that's great fun. I like the races with the handicaps, as you can use a great selection of cars against each other.

Eliminator is great to level up with. I found it generated so many Wheelspins and also helped me learn the map a huge amount.

To make money easily, when the new Forzathon playlist comes along with the new 4 seasons ahead you can see what cars are coming you can win, you can then sell any you currently have worth 10m+ in the AH and win it back when the season comes round.

Also earn Forzathon points, buy that weeks car in the Forzathon shop and then sell.

Very much looking forward to the Ford Racing Puma, I missed mine from the moment I sold it, can not wait to get it back even if it's just virtually.

Although they need to correct the seats and steering wheel.

Just got back into this after not playing for 18 months because the lag between steering wheel and game made it unplayable (now sorted).

What do people actually spend their time focusing on? I literally have a million icons and challenges on my home screen and don;t even know where to start! I end up just randomly driving about in different cars.

I can't remember if there's some sort of main story, or order to do things in? I've got all sorts of road and track racing, taxi challenges, stunt driver things, drag races, houses to buy, speed cameras, seasonal challenges etc etc. Seems huge mess!?

I can recommend you start with the businesses, as they can generate a decent amount of income every day for no input from you. Otherwise on the main map I tend to deselect everything and just target all speed traps in one go, then all speed zones, dirt / street / road events, in between that do some of the seasonal events for some variety and also the daily and weekly forzathon challenges

Do the story icons for taxi, delivery, drift school, Top Gear etc, I think they're all yellow icons, that will get you some regular money in. It's nearly the end of the current seasonal forzathon challenges playlist, a new month starts on Thursday with the rally based cars above, there's the the 50% and 80% completion goals in those. Showcases and showcase remixes are fun one off things.

Apart from that, take it on one bit at a time. You can filter the map to only show certain things, I think it's right trigger or shoulder button in the map, so that won't show everything in one then. There's the bonus boards too, I still haven't found them all but it makes the fast travel cheaper. Fast travel is unlocked buying one of the houses, if you haven't got it.

Think I spent 3 hours getting the last 20 bonus boards - had to use a map from online to find some of them up in the mountains. also getting all the roads was a pain, there's a few laybys that you can't see as not driven on the map!!

Anyone experienced a glitch of having 0 traffic in solo mode? Like nothing, no AI, no general traffic, nada!

I've changed cars a few times, gone to a few homes and even done a few jobs on the businesses section, still no traffic.

Haven't fully turned the Xbox off yet, only in rest mode for a few hours so unsure how long it will last but it's handy for completing a few things. Although kinda makes it impossible when one of the missions was to get 7 close calls with traffic... hehe I'll have to try that one again when traffic is back.

Not sure about the no traffic glitch but for the close call mission easiest way to do it is go to the beach (where you head to the Island) and next to it on the main road is a layby with a few cars always parked there. Push them on to the road next to each other and drive through the middle gap repeatedly. Voila - close calls.

I realised what'd caused it I think, internet had dropped out a few times earlier in the day (Virgin are great at the moment...) so it'd gone into solo mode without any internet (most menus were greyed out). It connected a bit later and then traffic came back. Good to know for speed traps without traffic.

I like that idea for the close calls. Do you get 2 close calls if you go between 2 parallel parked cars? Or just stagger them?

As long as they're next to each other when you drive through them at a good enough speed itll give it to you.

That beach road also has enough traffic in solo mode.you might be able to do it normally without moving cars.

according to the game i've earned around 3.5m total credits since starting playing [admittedly i've only done the starter year and winter just gone]. how do you make big money?

I made most of my money by reselling valuable cars. I won a Ferrari Portofino in a wheelspin and then sold it for five million.

I've made some money through racing but most of it is through playing the auction house.

This - buying and selling cars.

Also, racing and levelling up which gives Wheelspins which gives cars who you sell.

Also completing the weekly Forzathon challenges. For example this week there is an exclusive Ferrari drift car to be won when playing Ferrari Richer. As its exclusive it won't be in any Wheelspins or the Carshowroom to buy normally. So win it and in a week or two you can sell it in the auction house for 10-20m as there will be a bunch of players who missed it this week.

i found the island is an easy way to make cash via the treasure chests. plus i got 1.5m credits from the forza app so thanks for that and the auction house tip, i bagged the bentley for 1.4m.

i only wish there was a way to opt out of the aspects aimed at kids [clothing, victory dances] and the online bits which can be very hit and miss. thankfully for the lotus challenge i had a decent team who weren't crashy. i got a p1 and p2 and was leading the full map race until i took a big tumble and couldn't place better than 8th by the end. we still won and didn't have any dropouts across the 3 races, which was new for me.

The goliath was soooo boring this week, pedal to the metal in my Lotus 11 for 90% of the race BUT I'd got my gearing wrong and a max speed of 148mph so I ended up in 4th (Two humans, one AI) despite getting a great start and leading the race for the first 5 minutes

As long as I go on tonight it'll be my third 100% complete season.. getting tricky now as I'm also playing Warzone with a few people in the evenings

how come spring ends today? winter seemed to go on for a week? winter was my first season outside the training year, are they not always fixed length?

goliath was fun but i also had the issue with speed, using an elan that topped out around 140. the prize was also fairly useless as i have an A tuned XI i use a lot. so i turned the free one into a maxed out S2 tune, which doesn't handle so well but can hit about 230mph so i'm keeping it biggrin
