Isn't harfi88 technically 14th? The 4th place car has ABS switched off...

I best not be, I don’t want to be responsible for choosing the next one if it turns out like this weeks challenge laugh

I may have ballsed up!

I did two laps with it off to see if it was the ABS that was making it spin under braking (Spoiler - It was!), beat my time with ease then went to restart and accidentally quit instead.

I will beat that time with it on by Sunday, don't worry - Previous time with it on was ~ 0:57:5

Can we never have forced ABS again please? A TVR really shouldn't have it any way, that's why it's so crap to drive, it doesn't want your namby pamby systems!! So much more predictable with it off

The Ford challenge this season is fun - I did it in this piece of class:

Completely useless on the mud, but murdered the tarmac sections.

Nice. Is the one on the bonnet also a time travelling lesbian? hehe

Gave up last night, couldn’t beat my own ghost and it’s just annoying when you get the first complex right and then hit that bloody shop. I do enjoy sending the bicycles flying though.

The ford gt70 is a prize for one of the season events and is a peach of a car in a class trim. I drove it on the same circuit and had to stop to let my ghost pass so the time didn’t count

My proof that 14th stands - a best lap of 57.591 and the three being driven how it wants to be driven

Argh, getting so close to beating Cutters. Twice I've beat the time but it was flagged as I glanced a wall, and I did manage to cut the difference to 0.155 of a second, then promptly hit rewind back over the starting line as I didn't nail the first corner on my next lap, so the previous lap didn't count.

I will say Cutters, your 2nd half of the lap is perfect, there is no time to be made up there. Even when I'm ahead of your ghost, I'll inevitably drop some speed or some time on the 2nd half and your ghost will come past me. Such fine margins.

I'm the same as you, haven't touched the tyre pressures or anything, it can't be making that much of a difference anyway as nobody is suddenly faster than the rest.

Not sure I'm gonna get a chance to get on and improve my time before the cut-off tonight frown I'm quite disappointed with my time now.

If it stays with me choosing the car and track I’m quite happy to pass the decision onto someone else. I don’t play the game properly to know any of the tracks. Although I’d like the car to be either Group B or 90’s WRC.

I think rally on one of the scramble tracks could be fun, lots of power and skids and hopefully no house steps or shop fronts to hit.
