Finally got in to the 1:20’s!
Also, we might not have steps to hit this week but has anyone else managed to ruin their best laps with those damn rocks after the left hander at the top of the hill
Yes I have, also hit the house and on a really fast lap knocked the wall down and nearly lobbed the controller through the TV.Also, we might not have steps to hit this week but has anyone else managed to ruin their best laps with those damn rocks after the left hander at the top of the hill

Was that the sound of a gauntlet being thrown down?Your turn...
I’m losing all my time in the first 2 corners. Such a nice car when gentle on the controls but I just can’t get through there quickly.
I noticed the bug in PI when put my time in, wondered why it was 594 on the leaderboard and everyone else was 593, bought another one from autoshow and put a lap in and it was the same but shows up as 594 in autoshow and 593 top of screen
No foul play on my behalf (D00MF15H) not that it would help if I did, I barely trouble the top ten every week

Lakehurst Copse Circuit (Race), BMW M5 1988, C593, no mods
As of 00:00
7th to choose next round as shown.
Feels weird not being able to do any laps in the hope that I drop into that sweet 7th spotAs of 00:00

Can someone go quicker than me please? I've got some controller friendly ideas for next week
I’ve not been on for a day or so and something is definitely wrong here!
My car is bouncing between 593 and 594.
On the two previous tables posted you’ll see I have two different PI’s.
My M5 was unused and hasn’t been in the custom upgrades Screen until right now.
It shows at the top of the screen “1988 BMW M5 C593”
Yet if I go to add a mod and leave it selected on the “installed” option without adding anything it shows C594 next to RWD but shows C593 at the top.
I’ve even went into setup manager and reset default upgrades and same thing happens.
Paul.

Check the previous page - few of us have this issue!
Yeah don’t worry about it. My previous time was showing 594 on the board. I changed nothing and the new one is 593.
Managed to massively improve the first half of the lap simply by changing the steering setting from normal to simulation. Gained at least a second just from the kink to the right hander.
Unfortunately this made me slower than a slow thing through the parabolica (nb we should start naming corners) so a little work required and I think I might get in the 1:20s.
The car could do with a bit more oomph all round but this is much more suited to how I play the game, much prefer something that responds like a real car even if it does have a country mile between the gearbox ratios!

I made an A rated version of the M5 and I've been running the same course. Still RWD, all chassis and aero mods but a bit of power, very fun car nowManaged to massively improve the first half of the lap simply by changing the steering setting from normal to simulation. I might also post another drift lap if I can put one together with the base car, not quite as slidey as the TVR
About an hour ago I have just fired up all my duplicate cars in the auction house, I do this every few weeks as I only keep one of each.
I tend to search for the Capri FE just for kicks every now and then but always nothing.....
Except today, two appeared together!! I managed to get one and then about two mins ago, I got another one!
Is the Capri FE becoming more available? Or just luck?
Either way, I’m chuffed!

Had enough this week, just can’t keep the same speed though the turns. Even slower across the start/finish then everyone else. No more RWD for next week please.
Have to agree. Front engined, RWD isn't much fun especially when they're slow and oversteery.Would be nice to have some S2 or S1 cars. Not sure why the love of slow in this game.

Was a right hoot. The track is called 'No Party like an S Club party' if you want to try it

Soooo FWD Rear Engine next week? Would be nice to have some S2 or S1 cars. Not sure why the love of slow in this game.
How does every one feel about me making a specific tune and releasing it for everyone to use if I can stay in the sweet 7th spot? I'll try and keep the cost low
