Got the 928 yesterday which is a bit of an angry beast, plus the tr7 (from the auction house, couldn’t see it as a weekly prize?) which is quite decent in A800 guise.
TR7 is the prize for getting to level 7 of the Super7 user challenges series, not a weekly prize. Sorry for any confusion.sorry, just since this. aw geez you guys, shucks etc but thanks!
unfortunately my internet connection to the xbox is playing up so it won't show me the rivals leader boards to be able to choose a circuit. i was thinking car choice to be limited to the 205 rallye [a prize this week] and clio williams. PI a figure plucked out of the air [literally ] at 777 and a short fast and fun circuit along the lines of broadway village scramble. should make it a close one.

it was worth buying, can well see it being used on these challenges tbh, not massively grippy but progressive when it slides. in any case, i spent about 30m credits on stuff i'll never drive earlier! Speed1283 said:
What's the deal with this seasonal buggy B class challenge? I've tried 2-3 buggies, stock and tuned and I can't get anywhere near the AI, I'm loathed to turn the difficulty down but this one seems ridiculous, just stuck in 11th place no matter what I try and do.
The seasonal stuff really bores me to be honest...
I used a Alumi Craft Forza edition with a tune I downloaded to get it to B Class. Another gamertag I used the Penhall Cholla. Won on both on highly skilled level, think I used expert on one race but not a fan of the buggies in this class. They are better in A class really. The seasonal stuff really bores me to be honest...

New cars for the next seasonal run starting tomorrow. Mazda Cosmo, Mazda RX-3 and Saleen S1 https://forzamotorsport.net/en-us/news/fh4-series-...
I think the Cosmo has been in Forza before and the RX-3 and Saleen are new, but I'm not entirely sure.

Yes, the Cosmo was in horizon 3 I believe, nice little car. I think the Cosmo has been in Forza before and the RX-3 and Saleen are new, but I'm not entirely sure.

Not sure if it's just me, but the options with the Williams seem mad!
I did one build as:
FWD
2.0 engine with turbo
Diff
Full weight reduction
Sports tyres
And could then add all the engine parts and the Pi stayed at around 742 and only went up after adding more handing options.
Its around 500bhp.... And near impossible to drive, with the traction control enabled, it's constantly on till 4th gear.
It's not the car I set the lap with....

As for the Clio, I had a play on Monday night but just couldn't get on with it, I don't know why, as you say, there are more options but it just didn't seem to handle the way I wanted. Maybe I'll need to revisit it.

I've had that before where adding power doesn't raise the PI. My thinking is that you've taken it past the point the tyres can use any more power, so it won't get you any faster but will probably get you spinning around facing many directions all at the same time while you're doing it . I need to do a build with less tyres/handling and more power (but maybe not 500bhp...), I think my time on the board now is with no aero, I tried adding aero to what I had but it was way too slow on the straight. Not sure if it's just me, but the options with the Williams seem mad!
