It's bl##dy close this week! I don't think my fury has anything left to give, it's on the edge with rear wheel drive trying to get more power but still being able to keep it in check on those final sweeping corners.

Happy with that. I hadn't been on it since early in the week so had an hour in it after the C4 F1. Tried the Punk and got a bit better, then the roadster with the 5.2 V8 and not much else, and got an identical time to lexpex180. Switched to the 6.2 V8 with more betterer chassis stuff but less power and got to the time on the board. I needed chassis stuff for the fast corners, especially the ones at the end of the run, so I was just about keeping up on the straight bits and caught right up on the long bends.

I had a few more goes to get under 1:50 but couldn't quite do it.

Thank you Von, especially given your lack of free time, good of you to keep this going etc.

Having not one a challenge for a good number of weeks I did put in a bit more effort on this one, albeit still sticking with rear wheel drive and for whatever reason I didn't want to use the Atomic punk or the other rod type cars.

In the end I settled on a RWD, 1300kg 733bhp V10 set up, with only the single stage tyre upgrade it was a handful and I really did have to play with ARB, pressures and the diff to try and keep it in check, roll cage really helps but I couldn't fit one as the moment you fit even the first stage you lose 6-10 PI which is valuable horsepower for the fast section and final bits uphill.

Difficult week to get right.

Congrats to Kitch who had snuck ahead and was ahead all evening (I couldn't play until 9:30pm).

Mine is a anyway but just to clarify for anyone with different names, is that first letter of the PH username or the Xbox gamertag?
