The new gameplay that was shown at Gamescom will be released for everyone at PAX in August I believe, so not too long to wait.

Will be interesting to see the progress / changes made since last gameplay trailer.

Pre-ordered on Amazon. Am normally a Battlefield/COD kinda guy but the trailer on this looks unreal!

Want to pre-order but have vowed never to pre-order again after previous episodes (yes I pre-ordered Aliens: Colonial Marines and other such day 1 greats....)
Can we trust CDprojekt?

Probably, Keep in mind this game has been promised since 2012 with a very slick looking trailer back then, so I wouldn't keep them to their Q2 2020 timetable.

However, I'm sticking to my ZT policy on pre-orders. You gets my money when I gets the game.

I think I read/heard, might have been a youtube interview with CD Projekt Red that said the game is finished and it's all polishing of the game between now and the release date and I don't see that changing.

Their track record is very good too, they certainly aren't EA.

Still looks promising. With no new Deus Ex on the horizon (there really needs to be a third to close out Adam Jensen's story) this will fill the gap nicely. It's really the only forth coming title that I'm eagerly awaiting.

I'm ok with this, I'd like a polished game.

I’m currently playing through Witcher 3 and am constantly in awe of the graphics at 4K, effects, and animation even now (it’s 5 years old!).

If CP2077 can pull off the same feat for 2020 then a small delay is worth it. Although my computer may need some more firepower...

Same. I assume some bits of the internet are in meltdown at the moment, but I’ll happily wait a bit longer if the result is something like the Witcher 3 except cyberpunk.

More developers need the balls to do this. Kudos to Projeckt Red. I'd much rather this minor disappointment than having a product launch because of the date and then multiple patches just to fix all the issues (No Man's sky, most recent EA games etc etc)

Disappointing but the end product should be better for it.

Do we know if they're releasing it for the next gen consoles too? September is close to the release of the new Xbox and PS5.

Amen to that. I'm an Age of Empires guy, and AoEII DE desperately needed another six months development I think. They're playing catch up and a lot of the community isn't very happy.
