Yes. You do get your butt kicked a lot at the start but you soon get a few weapons etc that help. Sneak around a few Nero camps and boost the health etc too...Does it get better?
I have been enjoying this game and purchased it due to the best game of 2020 thread,
I have done all the missions upto and including Lost Lake and now have just gone to the new army type camp.
It’s ok and fun to play but a bit ‘rinse and repeat’ go to
Camp, get job, kill people, come back upgrade bike!
Am I now at the point where it gets better then? Upto now I would give it a 6 or 7 out if 10.

You may be in a position soon to take on a horde... That gets kinda exciting.. It is still a fairly rinse and repeat exercise but having 200 or so of them chasing you is........... And in some places you get to really, really plan your routes etc with explosives littered about...Jasandjules said:

And when you play New Game+ (once completed the story) you get a rifle that has electric and explosive rounds !! (I have just started that today!).Cheers

Go to your locker. I found it under the special weapons bit, it just looks like a sniper rifle.I got the sniper rifle Jas was on about, loving the explosive dart rounds and the poison gas rounds, the gas seems to be pretty useful for clearing large groups of Z's when they're sleeping, it wipes out a few with each shot, reducing the horde enough to mop up with other things like Napalm Molotovs etc.
Unfortunately, the poison needed to make those darts seems to be pretty rare!

Either set bombs near them or shoot them but you run between the trucks etc and blow up the gas cannisters etc and you can also hide in the house that has the car with an alarm in it. There is also to the right of that house a broken road which you can along and napalm the gap. You can then run back into the railway yard..
ETA - and I trust you all know that when you start at the top there is a box of six napalm right? By the bikes...

Thankyou! I did know about the napalm, but never seem to burn enough of them to make any useful difference. I think getting pissed off with it made me lose any sort of tactical thought, will have another go at it tomorrow There are a lot of things that explode in the area.
