Finished it last night. two hordes left to clean up and then its finished. have really enjoyed the whole game, will need to find something to fill the gap now.
May I suggest Ghost of Tsushima?
That's exactly what I did after Days Gone. Both memorable games for me.

Well I have just completed it tonight and thought overall it was very good. Thanks to whoever it was on here for recommending it.

Got a bit repetitive in the middle but a good game.

Now looking for something else similar to this or the last of us.
I did try far cry 6 but can’t seem to get on with 1st person games.

I might give it another go.

A Plague Tale: Requiem. Although the first game (Innocence) is well worth it if you have not played it. Photo-realistic graphics, and a truly cinematic narrative driven game. You don't have to play the game on the attack, you can stealth your way through and unravel the story. It's all about character building. This game is system heavy, so make sure you have at least a 3080 12GB to make the most of it for ****x1440+ and Ultra settings.

Also there's Uncharted collection now on PC.

And if you just fancy a slick fast paced shooter that isn't Doom Eternal and has a pure 90s vibe with modern mechanics and flare, then Prodeus is your next stop.

I read on here that The Witcher 3 was a good game. It's a third person game like days gone etc. I've just finished it (just need to run through it again on the hardest difficuly to get my platinum trophy). It is amazing! Its absolutely huge and will keep you going for ages without getting bored. Not sure if it's on ps5 though but i can't recommend it highly enough!

Buuut, does anyone know if there is a stat to ascertain how many Zombies you have eliminated? I am playing through and basically stopping and killing as many as I can........

I have just started playing this for the 2nd time and finding even better than the 1st time I played it.

Just rescued Lisa and took her back to the camp.

Sorry can’t help with your question though.

I resorted to looking online to find the last few.

Great game, was a bit of a slow burner. Started it after playing the last of us 1 and 2 and it didn't feel as slick with the control etc.. so I gave up.

Gave it another go and absolutely loved it. The story was good up until the camp in the last area, I think it would have remained better if Deacons wife's disappearance had remained a mystery.

Taking out hordes was a piece of cake once fully levelled up and acquiring the napalm molotov.

I just wish it had a bit more background story like the Last of us, notes etc.. the nero voice recordings were great, just needed a bit more of that to really get a sense of what went on.

Forgot to add, I always play games on the hardest difficulty, saw a few people online complaining that it was too tough on normal, I thought it was relatively easy and there weren't many times I died that weren't due to my own stupidity

What I wanted was sequel where they are trying to find a cure !! Or take out NERO or something..... Given the end scene with O'Brien....

Hmm, can't even seem to see if that is going to be on the PS5.

Mind I wanted to continue Deacon's story - but I guess that is not on the cards.

That's an unrelated game with a similar sounding name I'm afraid, nothing to do with Days Gone.

It was officially announced that the sequel was canned by the studio and Sony due to the poor reception the game got. For some reason the early reviews really stuck the knife in; initial pacing isn’t great but a good reviewer should have got through that to experience later stages.
