I actually think the franchise needs to go back and do a proper decent first person shooter, like Dark Forces, that game was awesome.

Unfortunately, it all seems to be focussed on on-line stuff and loot boxes which doesn't interest me in the slightest (granted, I'm sure it interests a lot of other people).

I’ve finally got round to this one I have acquired it on pc and Xbox over the years. I can’t even remember buying it so must have been cheap.

I’ve played about an hour on both and it now plays very well as far as I’ve seen.

Playing on Xbox in performance and getting 60-90fps using max settings on pc with a 2070s and 5900X at 1440p.

Would be nice to play on big screen on Xbox but the Mrs likes her evening tv so limited playtime.

It looks lovely but I’m really struggling with the map and seem to spend most of my time stumbling around with the map not making much sense !

Is it a 50+ problem or is it really just crap ?

It is a dreadful map and often hard to work out the way to get back to something. Thankfully it sounds like fast travel should be properly implemented in the sequel.

Well I had the exact same problems.. Quite often would go the wrong way and take ages to get back - not to mention just getting back to the ship when you finish a task.....

Same here... Stopped playing half way through. Also found it repetitive quite quickly and I just hate the respawn on save gave mechanic. It's immersion breaking for me.

It's a great Star Wars game and pretty good Souls-like, I'd stick with it personally, but be mindful of the fact the map is terrible and you're better off trying to map things out in your mind and route find like that if possible.

Well I completed it...................... You can have a dual light sabre, change the colours of the sabres etc which is pretty good (I am easily pleased with Star Wars)... and it is good enough to continue with IMHO..

I really enjoyed it, however it is poorly optimised for PC, I experienced regular framerate drops (not great given the combat system relies on timing). Saying that, I picked it up in the last Steam sale for under £5 and at that price point I'd highly recommend it. I'd be surprised if many Star Wars fans didn't enjoy it.

I wouldn't have been impressed if I'd paid full price...
