Advice on sim racing gear

I might do my own wee build thread on this at some point but I've decided to jump in and upgrade my setup. Been racing loads in ACC recently and currently using a Next Level Racing GT-lite folding chair and the Thrustmaster TMX and playing through a Quest 2. Seeing as it was Black Friday sales and there was actually some decent enough discounts I have on order and arriving soon:
PRO SIMRIG PSR3
COBRA IMOLA GT seat
SIMUCUBE 2 Sport
SimLine 720 GT3 wheel
Venym Atrax 2 pedal set
Buttkicker Gamer Plus
Not decided on screen yet but looking at the 49" curved options. Also not decided if I'm going to upgrade VR headset or stick with the monitor for playing. VR is awsome for immersion but not so handy for having to type or move between applications.
Substantial investment - be interested to hear your feedback on it all once its built (and why you chose what you chose)PRO SIMRIG PSR3

1: Is it available?
2: Is there a black friday sale?
3: Is it in the Uk
4: How few vendors can I use to get what I need.
I ended up using https://www.raceanywhere.co.uk/ for everything and got a decent discount on all of it as well. I possibly would have gone for a Moza setup but getting a hold on the DDU seems like finding hens teeth, same for any Fanatec DDUs at the moment.
PRO SIMRIG PSR3 - Chosen as I wanted a robust 8040 profile rig with expandability and good reputation - also came in dark color not silver
COBRA IMOLA GT seat - I mainly race ACC and wanted the GT style seat for comfort, and also to add seat belt tensioners later
SIMUCUBE 2 Sport - Great reviews, decent 17nm torque in a compact package, came in cheaper than the Fanatec DD1 and reportedly smoother FFB
SimLine 720 GT3 wheel - looks great and the 720s GT3 is 99% of the time the car I drive in ACC.
Venym Atrax - Wanted a set that I could upgrade to 3 pedals later. Reviews say they are leaps and bounds better than the Heusinkveld Sprints. They are F1 inspired but I will likely load them with the softer resistance kit and possibly look at getting slightly larger pedal plates at some point.
Buttkicker Gamer Plus - More immersion is good, looking forward to feeling this in action.
Also, ended up getting the Samsung Odyssey G9 1000R monitor for a great price so that's arrived as well.
Well, it's been a learning experience but I think I'm pretty close to having it all set up as I wanted. With a few caveats.
1: I'm having to run audio from a separate HDMI feed to the amp which I think is hampering FPS. Getting the Optical feed to work turned out to be a nightmate
2: I really didn't need an expensive button box
3: Sparco Karting boots + OMP gloves are really comfy
4: Still trying to get the brake pedal to have a softer initial compression
5: Having the rear surrounds placed that low down on the frame is good for access, but poor on actual surround simulation
6: Buttkicker is simply awesome. The few times that it overheated and I was driving without it felt like I was missing 90% of the feedback from the road
7: Tweaking the FoV settings was a bigger pain than I expected. FoV calcs didn't work as expected. Ended up using almost natural vision FoV at ±53 degrees and then shifting the camera around to get it correct for the cockpit and seating position.
I've added a keyboard mount on the right since these pics. I might shift the lumirank to be more in line with the in-car module but already the DDU gets in the way of clicking things on the monitor so no real need.
I've got the attachable PC mount for the rear of the rig that I will add when I upgrade PC maybe sometime this year, then I'll do a proper cable routing job although it's not too bad at the moment. Just a lot of USB and audio cabling.
I think I did about 5,500 km in ACC in the McLaren in Jan and Feb. Joined LFM and been absolutely loving it over the open lobbies. It's like having a new game.
