New map incoming then. In proper negative nelly fashion I don't think it looks good at all, almost cartoon like. Looks like CW graphics in CW/WAW settings and as I'm not a big fan of that side of things so this new map isn't really appealing.

Proof will be in the pudding though.

Looks good, can see thermal snipers coming back with that forrest and high peaks. Excited. Day off is the 9th! Hopefully the update downloads before that.

I think the game is going offline at 0500 tomorrow morning and coming back online at 17:00 with the new map. Not sure if it'll be a new game download or whether it'll just work from the current one after a chunky update. I'll be leaving the PS4 on low power mode to let it download any update that appears throughout the day.

Managed a victory last night with a couple of randoms who listened to instructions on how best to secure the bunker we punted for at the start.

Tomorrow for Vanguard owners, Thursday for the rest of us. After Warzone goes down for its 12 hour maintenance period when it comes back up Vanguard owners will be able to jump straight into Caldera but the rest of us will only have access to Rebirth Island. Then come Thursday we'll be able to explore the new map.

As far as I can see Rebirth is staying for the foreseeable at least.

I got a nice final victory on Verdansk last night with my mates. I'm more about the multiplayer but I'll miss the old map. Looking forward to trying the new one though.

I can't get in a game. Gets to the loading screen.. hear gunshots and disconnects. Servers must be overloaded. Wait until tomorrow when the free players get a shot itll be worse haha. Vangaurd cost me 30 from one of those keys sites so no big deal but annoying.
