Has anyone tried CP 2077 on the steam deck? I know it is a much improved game now-a-days so wondering what it's like on a hand-held, as I'm considering one instead of upgrading the xbox or PS to the latest gen.
Yup. It is easily playable and looks decent. I found it overheated the GPU a lot and sometimes I would play it for an hour and then the frame rate would drop to 6fps so I learned to just switch it off and go and do something else for a bit. Randomly, it happened less frequently if it had the power plugged in but I cannot explain why.

I am struggling with my SteamDeck now I have finished CP2077. I am probably going to sell it to get a PS Portal as I am enjoying my PS5 and can never be bothered with DIY set up on home PCs. I just want to click play and it works rather than having to try and find the right settings.

£287 really is theft for what these are capable of. Big micro SD card or HD swap and you're away.

Even if not for new games it's a powerhouse emulation machine that will easily handle up to Wii U without breaking a sweat.
