It looks awesome!
First thing I do on any racing game is turn off in race music, it doesn’t bother me that it’s there. Same as scapes, if you like it then use it, it not then just ignore it

I always thought it would be excellent if users could sell their own modded cars to others

It’s all down to personal choice, I had a wheel but couldn’t get any faster than with sticks on the controller.
It always felt I was having to try much harder with the wheel to get as quick, so I sold it and stuck with what I preferred.
Part of me wants to try a wheel again, but it’s not a priority.
I am definitely looking forward to those countless hours of tiny setting tweaks and carefully considered modification days of GT1.
I remember having an Impreza of some sort that I used for tons of races, it should really have been out classed!
I see a new hint has been mentioned regarding AI, so hopefully the generated competition will be a little less predictable.

I didn’t think you could download it until Wednesday! As I’ve got a slow connection I better get it started. No doubt there will be a past minute patch before release too

I don’t think the extra cash from the 25th edition will go very far though, it’s not exactly huge

I couldn’t find any physical copies, so got 25th digital.
It’s downloaded and installed, goading me every time I go to load GT Sport!

I was wondering if it would be worth going from 4 Pro to 5, but there seems to be quite a few features that are 5 only

I don’t see how they can play when there’s a countdown timer

That’s what I saying, it’s one thing to have a disc early , it’s another to play it early. I don’t see how they can be.
Either way, not long to wait now!
My dilemma is do I turn it on when I get in from night shift, so get some sleep first!?

I'm walking into a shop and buying it on Friday, exactly like I did 25 years ago for GT1.
I remember doing the same, I popped to Currys on my lunch break and couldn’t wait to get home at 5!
Having played racing games since Race on the Vic 20, and Pole Position on the BBC/Dragon 32 it was mind blowing!
I can clearly remember spending hours and hours tweaking the gear ratios on my Impreza so I could use it against pretty much everything apart from the very fastest top speed competition.
I’m looking forward to doing the same again, and as a huge fan of the livery creator I can’t wait to get the changes there

Only an hour in so far, but very much enjoying it.
Only thing I’m not liking is the sound effect on the conversations, thankfully they will never be seen again once I’ve worked through each one.
Had a quick look at my decals collection, it’s transferred only a handful of my own uploaded ones from Sport, and none of my collection of other players. I really hope that is something that can be transferred over or 5 years of finding them is lost frown

All gold B licence done, and just tried the Gr3 GT Cup at Maggiore in the Castrol Supra. Gr3 was a firm favourite of mine in Sport, as was Maggiore so was looking forward to comparing both.
The steering is so much better now, it feels a lot less arcade racer now, I’m loving it so far!

It’s worth adding people even if it’s just to get times to race against or compare for licenses, time trials etc, and also to get content such as decals that are shared.
Would be worth starting a list of players

Bloody livery creator is still ste.

Can't be arsed spending hours this time around trying to create layers and not being able to group them together to create a logo, why they didn't go similar route as Forza I will never understand.

Would be fine if I even had a clue what vector creation programmes were then I'd at least try on my PC.

Just going to find liveries I like that others have done.
Search for the logo you need, pretty much guarantee that someone has already uploaded it.
I use Inkscape to create mine, it doesn’t take long to learn the basics of vector graphics, especially if you have some photoshop skills already
