I was starting to think I was the only person that has no interest in the tomahawk!
I earn just as much money with the Spa, Sardegna and Le Mans races but actually enjoy them by using different cars. None of it is ever a chore or just sat going round the same track over and over at warp speed.
Surely once you get used to that speed it makes everything else feel terribly slow, and not as enjoyable?
I'm with you on this. Tried the Tomahawk to see what the fuss was about. Flying 'round the track like you're in a vide game (Yeah, I know). I don't enjoy it at all.
Exactly why I said i'm not proud of using it. I really wanted the Porsche 962 before it disappeared and was very short of time to acquire it so gave the Tomahawk trick around Tokyo a try. It felt more like a task and didn't enjoy it, probably because zero skill is involved. It's akin to using the in-game editor on Football Manager to give your club huge riches. It removes the fun and sense of achievement from the game. So yes, I am a complete hypocrite and have used it myself. Would I recommend doing it? No.

I have the car to get the top speed trophy but haven't used it apart from that I rather win that was using a real life car which is doable with right strat and being quick enough.

My Tomahawk has 1500 miles on it now. I'll continue to nail it to grind the credits.

laugh

Me too. I'm looking at my stats. My play time is 398 hours. So I've put lots of effort into playing the game "properly". My Tomahawk has 1,300 miles on it, so not sure how many times round Tokyo that equates to but I have used it for other bits and bobs.

And after all, it is my money that I used to buy the game laugh

Good luck and top fun to anyone using a Tomahawk, Red Bull or whatever. Just that for me it would break the spell rather. I'm no doubt easily enchanted.

I've done everything in the game at present so I'm just getting credits to get cars. The Tokyo Tomahawk lets you grind almost 3m an hour. Times like these when I'm flat out on other things hopping on for 20 mins doing a race for 800k and get the daily mileage done is perfect. And it reminds me of Wipeout.

I was thinking that yesterday bit odd you can't register unless it hasn't formally opened yet.

The Alfa 155 is back in the dealer now, did a bit of Le Mans in it, not bad but a bit more setup on the differential needed.

With the TZ2 in there, I believe we've now seen everything?

It's been an expensive 2 minutes.

Rx7 in the used car market, the the Alffa 155 and Casyrol Supra in the legendary. Also have my eye on the Giulia TZ2, beauty that is. Need to get my grind on later for that though.

Has anyone got an engine swap recently? I still haven't got one.

For something so requested to be locked behind roulette is crazy. I don't care if they made them ludicrously expensive to buy (multiple millions for the R26B - not sure how much it is to renew the engine for the 787B without checking) just make it happen!

I’ve only had the R26B so far, that was weeks ago now.
I’ve not had a decent prize for ages either, even a 5 or 6 star was something like 20k

Nope. Never. And it's really pi55ing me off. I see them on the roulette wheel occasionally, but it's just there to tease me.
