I rrslly can't see where I'm going wrong here, have tried different setups from different videos with different tyres and none of them seem to work for me.
Follow this video it worked for me although I am not proud of it. I only have Racing Hard tyres, Fully customisable racing gearbox, ballast, power restrictor and the fully customisable LSD. It's the gear ratios that give it the huge drop in PP.

I've tried multiple sources and settings but just can't seem to get the Tomahawk down to under 600pp...oh well.

Haven't posted much recently, but been playing a bit. Good to see some familiar names on my friends leaderboards, beating some and getting whooped on others.

Absolutely loving having a full GT game again. Even the online races feel better to me than they did on GTSport.

Spa 800 PP race - 1.5m credits for one hour. Pleased to have won on my first attempt..
I've done it 3 times Merc gtr LM McLaren gtr and Zonda r might see if I can do it in my twin turbo gto that's at 700pp might be good being 4wd in the rain. It's also good that rains different every time you try it.
That is interesting, only tried once and as it was not raining much opted for racing tyres at my pit. (Because at Le Man you tend to be able to get away with slicks when it rains!) Then went out and did a lot of dancing (as did everyone else, yellow flag city) so I boxed for full wets and managed to regain the lead. Does it always rain hard enough to require full wets ? (Or at least inters?) Just thinking next time I race it I am going to box when it starts to rain this time, see if I can win by more than a lap..

Oh I am using one of my Lambo VGTs.. May have to try in some other cars, I have the McLaren F1 car now... But loathe to put miles on her......
Yea rain has changed a few times for me once I used inters and only had rain levels under the top line next time was full on went and was aquaplaning down the straights. Also rains twice though in my experience once in the night around lap 10-12 then about lap 20 for a few laps then dries out at the end.
I've had rain light enough that it hardly reaches the last bar on the 'rainometer', so inters were fine. But also had it so bad I could hardly keep it on the road. I will usually choose inters and accept the risk.
Agree it usually rains twice, and usually starts as the light fades.
I try and make sure I don't need to pit for fuel or tyres until the radar shows rain. Then don't risk another lap on slick tyres because if the rain is heavy it's a nightmare. When it drys I've been able to stay on inters until it rains again. Full wet tyres burn out too quickly when the rain stops, forcing an extra stop.
I really like this race.

Did use wets one time as it was raining hard as u was pitting does make a huge differences when needed but you then got to keep them from burning out. Only shame with the race is the AI are pretty useless when the rain comes and pit far too much so can win pretty easily if you stick on the track don't always lapped atleast while field once and a good chunk of the field twice most times.

The wife is going to watch Strictly Live so I've got a rare Thursday evening free. I'll try and join you guys if I've still got the stock car unmodified.

I've bought the Diablo GT that's currently in the used car market, fully tuned it, what an absolute dog to drive, even the AI crashed it on the first corner before the rolling start at Spa in time trial mode.

Anyone know of a good tune for it?

WTAF? I was about 9 seconds ahead in the Porsche Cup (Nurburg) when I aquaplaned on the final straight and span out - I am running inters... The guys behind me on slicks somehow just kept on going. I was able to overtake them all into the final corner, because inters.. And won. BUT how the feck can I spin out on the straight on inters and they don't on slicks?!?!

It's like the mythical blue flag, it doesn't count if you're AI.

I have a theory about the blue flags. You know in computer games to get the "realistic movement" etc they video humans in those suits?

Well, I suspect that they got Stevie Wonder to drive around a circuit with one of those kits attached to his car, then they waved blue flags and used that as the AI driving style with blue flags....

Ported this livery - and the 1960 version - over from sport. Now to do a few of the others !

You have to do it in the same order the settings are done in three videos. Any other order changes the PP calculation somehow. I got mine to 592pp with over 2500bhp and 760kgs.

I managed to sort it in the end, gearing was all spot. On, I didn't realise I had to move the power restricor/ecu a notch up or down and triangle it, got it down to 572.08pp.

HI all,

Quick question on liveries. I've got a couple of cars with a manufacturer livery (such as the Pontiac Trans Am), where I like the livery but don't like the base colour of the car (bought from used car dealer). Obviously, going into the paint shop removes the livery and warns you as such. However, I see there is also the option of "restore original livery" once a car is painted.
Does this, by any chance, put just the stickers back over the top of the new paint? Or does it fully reset to default from when you purchased the car?
