The last few games I’ve purchased just don’t seem worth the price tag so will just wait until reduced. It’s also killed my want for a PS5.
I'll have to see what PS5 prices are like in the run up to Christmas but I really only bought it for GT and now GT7 has been quite a let down.

I'm pinning my hopes on the new PSVR headset bringing some renewed enthusiasm.

80 upcoming cars have been revealed using data mining by various people. Someone on YouTube has put together the full list.

Don't want to divert the thread too much but EA have released the F1 2022 VR footage..... Tasty.....

And I am unlikely to buy any games on release or pre-order now either. Will wait a month or two for them to drop to half the damn price...

Yeah nice one. I watched the video of his the other day for the last few cars explaining how it was accurate as it said the Suzuki vgt before the update, which no one could possibly have guessed, so this should be pretty accurate too

I saw this video but haven't watched it yet - I guess at some point they'll start doing more than three cars at a time?

The return of Lotus! Yay!

I do hope that turns out to be true.

Just had a look at that. It does look good. I only experienced VR for the first time this week. It does seem like framerate is way more important that realistic graphics for creating an immersive experience. Hopefully a PS5 has enough power deliver both.

Possibly, I'm sure GT Sport had more than 3 cars on their updates sometimes?

Really looking forward to the Lancia Delta S4 and 037! It could be a while away yet though.

To save time this is the list of cars found from the data files of the game taken from GT Planet.

Just to temper expectations, cars have been found in game files of previous Gran Turismo games that never made it to the games.

Can tell the online player base is dwindling tried some daily race b today and I'm normally with as/bs driver levels today mostly A+S very few AS so huge gaps between field. Plus the gap between the field is insane 16 cars 20s behind before you even start also a weird 3/4s gap between 7-8th before the start.

Haven't tried race c yet though.

A new circuit experience for some easy cash will be a bonus. 3 new menu nooks coming also, an 86 one, Type R and Rotary.

Not sure about east cash. Just working through them now as someone who got gold on all of them in GT Sport, I can be seconds ahead on sectors and then the full lap by turn 1 seem to be seconds behind one circuit I’m one gold and all bronze despite how many attempts the times just seem unrealistic, the next circuit I rocked up and set a time faster than any PHer on my list on first attempt????

Just been reading on GT Planet, patch notes for the update have listed quite a few lobby fixes, peddle adjustment for steering wheels and you can now adjust refuelling speed in the race setup for lobbies also.

Yep watching a stream this morning showing the lobby fixes lag still seems a issue but guess that's down to the players internet speed. The mr cars still drive dodgy apparently.

Been hearing more and more talk that quite a few of the online lobby issues maybe coming from the cross-play aspect between PS4 and PS5. (Sport mode doesn't cross-play IIRC)

A few issues addressed in todays update, mainly being able to change lobby settings after it's been made. But I have tried to do a few online sessions now, with people from close european countries, France, Germany, Spain etc. It's been impossible every single time to race, even with full green bar connection they are constantly shifting around left and right, forwards and backwards, impossible to race close.
