You mean the random tickets might not be random???!!! I can't believe it!
Right? You mean the random tickets might not be random???!!! I can't believe it!
It is odd we got them on the same day though.
I feel like they dialled down invites because I've not had one in ages
I need to gather the funds now. I've got a stage 5 weight reduction kit for it too! Joy! I'm sure I'll be able to tell the difference

I currently have the invite to buy the Veneno, the issue is that I just don't need it on the game yet and the credits can be better used elsewhere that on it.
Depends on whether you think you would want to ever try and collect ALL the cars I guess. Some of us must just be naturally collectors/completionists

Given how long some of us have had to, or are waiting for the ticket (or to win it) I would buy it. The Legends garage will roll back round over three months or so, so anything that is locked out might prove to be painful to wait for if / when you get there. If you left all the locked cars till the end, you'd have to be extremely lucky to wrap it up quickly.
I suppose it's actually possible you might never get an invite?! Then you'd be in the realms of finding someone who could gift you the car.
Plus you have a full month with an invite to buy the thing so it's not like you have to act quickly, you've got plenty of time to buy it and a host of other things
I don't know how other people are finding it, but it feels like they dialled down the frequency of invites to me, I didn't get one in months.
But you never know, they might do an update again like that one last year where they gave everyone all the invites...but wasn't that as a way of apology after the server went down?

Were they for sale normally previously? I'm sure I have two of them sat in my garage...
I don't think they were although i'm not 100% I had an invite for one not long after GT7 was released but I passed on the opportunity at the time as I read the handling wasn't exactly the best. If it changed in between then and now, i'm not sure. LH. said:
Not played much lately but after the latest patch feels really good on the G29 apart from my terrible brake pedal...
Any thoughts guys to cheaply mod the brake pedal it with online parts with good results /

I am yet to get the sausage chicane right on this time trial, might have had a chance to match your current time if I did
I've not been using the PSVR2 for the last week or two, just been mindlessly grinding with the controller to pick up some cars from the LCD.
Tried the online time trial on a couple of occasions and could only get to high 1:41s and very inconsistently, just found it frustrating really, not a lot of fun.
Had a go with the wheel / VR again yesterday, took about 3 laps to match my controller time, and about 10 - 15 in total to get down to the 1:40.400. It was just so much easier to be consistent, to judge braking points, place the car etc. etc. and was actually enjoyable as it felt like I was having to master driving a car on a track, as opposed to having to master manipulating a plastic stick to move some pixels on a screen
Picked up the 250 GTO which is enjoyable, but naturally wiped out my grinding winnings, back to saving up for next time the McLaren F1 comes around as that's what I'm after. Why must there be so few races with a reasonable payout
13 months in and I've only just realised that certain won tuning parts with an "S" designation stands for special, which actually give more power than the standard parts.
Example: this Stroke Up Special kit I had lying around for the NSX. Assumed it would have been a normal stroke up kit which I'd already fitted....
Actually a decent power increase. Time to root around and see what else I can dig up...
I expect literally everyone on here already knew this?
