GT4 Question

How do you get the Formula Gran Turismo race car. Is there a specific championship you have to win?

24hr Nurburgring in the endurance hall.

Once you get it how do you buy other tyres like harder slicks?

I don't think you can change the tyres on the F1 cars. You couldn't in GT3 at least. I've heard that you can use it in arcade mode and change the tyres (they become available once you've won them in turismo mode).

OK, I know the purists will be annoyed at me for asking this question, but I'm afraid I've run out of patience with GT4 and now want to go play with all of the special cars... so is there any way of cheating to get them?

I don't think there's any way of just entering codes and getting all the cars in Gran Turismo. You'll need one of those cartridges like this

not sure if that exact one will do the trick, but that sort of thing...
