COD MW2 and Warzone 2

I'm trying to think similar also. 5.8 hours in, and quite possibly cheaper than a night in the pub.
Watching too many videos online and graphics look great on series x. Gives me time to level guns up for warzone as well, and I'm single so loads of free time. Win win for me.Having been going through and levelling up guns but stopping before getting gold, I've changed tack again and gone back to get gold on guns where i almost had it anyway. First up was the M4 and I've got to say, the gold camo looks pretty good. I like the fact you can get it without the tedious repetitive grind that previous games have required. I also like that once you've unlocked have gold, there's a reason to keep using the gun to unlock the calling card and emblem. With previous games I've got gold on guns and never used them again because with the camo complete, there was no incentive. Next up will be the Hurricane, where I've just got the 10 3-kill streaks left. Last night I did the 30 prone kills and I felt like apologising after each kill; just feels dirty to me
I've been tempted to upgrade to the vault edition just for the double weapon XP. The operators would also be a nice to have. But at £25, a similar price to the weapon bundles, it just sends out the wrong signal to Activision IMO that the content is worth the price and encourages them to keep charging too much for too little.
ETA: I also meant to mention i bumped into the glitch where once you've unlocked the four base camos the gold challenge seemingly doesn't unlock. On console to see it you have to use the d-pad apparently. In my case on PC you have to press 'D' to tab over to it. You also have to use the same approach to equip the camo once unlocked. Hopefully this bug will be patched in Season 1.

I was tempted with the Vault edition but I agree with the sentiment.
I also read only this week that there is a Ghillie suit that is only obtainable by buying a certain brand of beef jerky in the US and codes are available in the pack.
Geographically limited camo skins? Infinity Ward you can fu*ck off all the way with that.
P890. Is anyone not bored with 2 shots to kill with this close range
I have started coming across quite a few quicksnipers one-shot-no-scoping-gold-snipers on short range maps. If there is one thing I have always detested about COD, ever since MW the original, is that it is possible to ADS a sniper rifle faster than an SMG.

I'm struggling to enjoy this one.
First up, I know it's coming but tier 1 can't come soon enough. Get the drop on someone, fire shots into them and they turn around with their levelled-up faster ttk gun and you're dead. People throwing grenades without impunity as your teammates won't die. Same goes for spray and pray tactics. You don't have to be skillful as you won't be penalised for teammates getting in the way.
It's much slower and more campy than Vanguard. I prefer run and gun but that isn't a tactic that works well on MW2.
The maps. I think I've only ever played about 4 or 5 of them. I refuse point blank to play any game modes where there is no respawn so the 9 options becomes 3 or 4. I'm bored of them already.

I played 10 or so games of Deathmatch/KC/Hardpoint on Friday night with 4 of my pals and had a great time. The last couple of nights playing alone i just cant seem to get into the games. Also feels like i am being matched with players who are ranked miles ahead of myself (Lv26) who have guns which are levelled up.
Looking forward to some "hardcore" in 8 days!

Enjoying a bit, still quite a few hackers, wall ones that track be through walls.
Quite a few campers as well, which is funny really.
Only issue seems like a proper grind to level up guns.
Easiest way to level up guns is to play the invasion game mode, as the limitless bots also give you weapon XP, seems to be the way most people are doing this, though it will probably get cut by the time season 1 arrives. Though it's a pain the attachments for the guns are split across all guns, so to fully unlock one guns potential you need to unlock a large number of the others too.
