I'm ready for Phillip Island on Sunday (just downloaded - I'd better start practising )

Good fun ina Holden - best of 1:41 so far, but I think there's loads more to come yet if I can keep it on the tarmac long enough.

Phillips Island must be pretty new, its not listed on GTRank yet so I can't gauge how far off the pace I am

Would be difficult to gauge with the V8's anyway as GTRank only covers the original cars but looking at my player file for Philip Island when I raced it with Pvapour the first time I did a 1m34s in the Holden, this was also V1 of the v8's (no motec or lights) and I think the physics might have been slightly different too.

If the lobby is playing up we don't have to use it we can do a direct IP connection.

I hate it anyway (as I always say ) the chat lobby is the crappiest thing ever.

Philip Island crashes on my machine (argghh). It's installed in the correct location. I guess I won't be racing tonight then.

I've got Philip island but if people are having problems, we could try another/standard track.

Also, are we decided on the cars now, or would you prefer an open grid?

I'm easy either way, just been trying the Falcon around Phily island and getting low 1.37s, but Brands is mighty good fun in the Escorts eh Mike

Brands would probably run easier I would have thought but not sure if everyone has the Escort V2s?

I might not be on tonight myself. I had a few drinks last night and decided to re-arrange the furniture in one of my rooms (heavy things aplenty) and I must have tweaked my lower back at some stage as I'm feeling it now.

Might be the same for Monday as well so I'll probably be wanting to catch up some other night (Tues, Weds, Thurs maybe).

I've got all standard cars obviously, then the derestricted porker, TVR Cup cars, Escorts..

are you sure its not just the thought of being wooped by me fwd thats keepin you away seriously, hope it's not to bad, back probs are nasty...get better soon fwd, i always get my good lady to dress up as a nurse for such injuries, helps lift me a little try it (not with my wife though)

escorts and brands hatch are great! we got it working in the end! Would have been a fairly close race had I not kept spinning.
