try running the GTR config program, and then setting thr shader level to DX7 or 8. If you have full screen AA swtiched on, switch it off. ALso perhaps try reducing the number of cars in the field.

GTL seems to be running at about half the frame rate of GTR for me.

Yep - On GTR I was quite happily getting 35+ frame rate.....

Wow. I just bought this game $35 but i think its worth every penny!!!!!!

Mini cooper S is fun!!! obviously. car feel nice but need more setting up on force feedback wise.

vroom - in the control section somewhere you can select your make of wheel - try doing that and seeing if the FF improves.

If you've got a logitech wheel, make sure you enable the "reverse force feedback" option.

yes, I have it! Just completed the first Mini races, been doing it on expert. Won the first one (perhaps the AI speed needs to be higher?), lost the first one (it's at night and the bit on the runway is impossible to see where you're going!).

Seems great, and I like the idea of working through the game to earn extra cars etc. I'm sure you can download something to enable all cars and tracks, but if I had that I never would've tried the mini on antwerp south and had so much fun!

Anyone playing online tonight?

It's the Masser GTR Cup tonight... I was on earlier... Try Anderstorp South.. behind the garages etc is a great banging carpart type thing, with buildings as obstacles

Umm.

How do you register for online play?

I click 'multiplayer', then enter my DVD Key (that's the serial number right?). then I hit register and enter a username, password and email address, and I get 'failed: the serial key is invalid'.


????

EDIT: GRR DON'T WORRY! i found the online key on the back of the instructions.....

when I wenty online on friday their was no online servers up. has that changed now. and how do I join a race with u guys. it it just hosting your own game?

We just host our own games every so often. I could do one tomorrow night (mini tag optional) if people are interested.
