That was close !!!
Bit gutted as well, going around last night, ahead of my ghost, just about to cross the line, looked at the clock and it was 1 min past midnight, had to abandon fastest lap
Wish I had started the evening earlier now, lol.....

That was indeed close, It also serves me right for not getting everyone gamer tag and having a crack late on the Sunday night as I though I had second in the bag then bang 5th!
All good though,it has to be time for some races, especially after all this qualifying!
New track will be a tricky one, its just that bit longer!
Keep up the good work guys!
Cheers

I've been missed out. I ran a 1.00.26 just beating je33a. My gamer tag is Rod Street as posted in the other thread.
Any chance of getting my previous results included or is it too late?
Thanks

Lee,
Not seen a friends request come through for you, hence not including you on the results, previous 2 rounds are closed now but your welcome to join the compitition from now on, I will update round 3 to include your time.
Cheers

Hi, I was gonna send all the guys on the list above a 'freinds request' at some point this week, if that's ok?
I'm getting fed up with some of the live chavs punting me off and having a demolition derby when on PGR3 live races.
Crashes now and again's fine, but it's getting silly!
Hope to see some of you online.

Tell me about it. When the 360 was first released you could race online in career mode and have a good race. Slowly as the 360 has become more available the quality of racing has dropped.
As J said, Friday night we had a load of Phers on and had some great and very close races. A few bumps and spins but these were complete accidents (sorry SSSline) and appologies were said afterwards. I sent you a friends request a few days ago. So hope you see you online for a few races.
I never really bothered going hell for leather on the online career mode in pgr3. I learnt from PGR2 that someone will always spend more time and get ahead of you. I just enjoy racing mates rounds my house or racing with the guys from here. Hopefully we'll have many more sessions like friday.
I have a question for you guys. If your sitting just behind the leader in a race and you come out of a corner and your carrying more speed than the leader but not enough to get fully past the leader before the corner. Do you:
A) stick to your line which will probably end up in some form of contact putting either you or the leader in the barrier.
B) Carry that extra speed into the back of the leaders cars. This could do nothing to him but could move him offline or send him into a spin.
C) Easy off the gas and sit back behind the leader and wait for another/better chance.
I do the latter but it seems a lot of people dont.

I'd say a+b is fine for racing the chav's and c when racing the boys on here!
I responded to your freinds request i believe and added you in, cheers. D4V KC

If it's online career then it's option D for me
D) Watch out, I'm coming through
If it's online playtime, I will stick to option C
If it's playtime and the other people are sticking to options A and B, then it's straight back to option D for me
Mainly I give what I get
Edited to say : Gauntlet has been thrown for this weeks time blast

I've mainly gone for option C but it's cost me in Online Career mode with the tts one encounters in there most of the time. The occasional love tap to their rear bumper can't always be avoided though.
Is it wrong that I get my racing etiquette from watching this years BTCC?
This is my ph handle for tommacx, not the most obvious ph name/gamertag correlation I know but its my mates' xbox live account that I use instead of mine cus its in the living room with a big telly!
Oh and I too would like to apologise for any accidental punting into a spin on firday night think sssline may have been on the recieving end once! Like i said to je33a, its the controllers fault for not rumbling!
