I have a couple of very sneaky Rfactor mods if anyone has a private site, a conversion of Prototype C (form F1 challenge if anyone remembers) with the 962's Sauber merc etc.
That's being properly done by the VirtuaLM team.

Me, along with some work on the AMM mod and the UK Tuscan Challenge I've got this on the go too.

The Top Gear Supercar Challenge including the Porsche 997 Turbo, Koenigsegg CCX, DB9, Ford GT, McLaren Mercedes SLR, Lamborghini Murcialago LP640, Porsche Carrera GT, Pagani Zonda F.

Yes the VLM re-make will be an excellent mod, probably the best to date judging by their past masterpieces.

That looks like it is coming along very nicely! are they scratch made or NFS, TDU based?

I am just writing a reveiw on a new wheel that would go very nicely with stock road cars, www.911wheel.com/

For speed purposes and time limits these are NFS Carbon conversions.

They all use different sounds from other cars/mods at the moment, but they all sound very much like the real things.

Physics, they will all use the same physics, no point in spending ages doing different for each one for everyone to then drive only the fastest car and never drive the others. So this way the grids might be quite mixed.

Just buy GTL, well worth the tiny price! i think you can get GTR2 and GTl for £10!!!

Both games are excellent and some wonderful mods coming out for both.

P&G(GTR2) is the best looking although HistoricX(Rfactor) is starting to shape up.

The Epsilon Prototype mod is very high class in terms of model, Physics and Sound, i would highly recommend it.

www.virtualr.net is your friend.

It looks great.

I wonder if they can include our ferrari skins that we made for GTL ?
That would be pretty cool biggrin

Im looking forward to driving the Pantera again, I think i might have the skills to get it through a race without crashing it now (although i may be over confident)

Installed the Historic GTL mod, commented out the new UI in the RFM straight away and then tried the cars. It installed RealFeel which I never like so removed that once more from my plugins folder (plus I don't want the same feel for F1s, Touring cars and Historics) but now everycar has no FF at all.

Had a look at the HDVs and every cars FF multiplyer is set to 0.0 so if you will never get any rFactor FF if you don't use the RealFeel plugin, I can put number back in there but I would get online miss-matches.....if of course I race it online.

I think as soon as the chap who did RaceX finishes his conversion I'll be using that one.

Edited to add it seems to get default rFactor FFB working you have to choose it in each vehicles upgrades, which means if you go online and you want it you'll have to make sure the server allows upgrades.
