Tomorrow is fine though, maybe we can get more people together, have a set time, have race suggestions etc. When you are hosting its a bit difficult to know whether people want to do the same thing again or change cars or track.

I had assumed pre-release that it must be but then read something purportedly from one of the Rockstar team saying that it wasn't viral and that you actually had to play against and beat one of the dev team.
Anyone....?

(I think the name of the achievement refers to the skin that you get when you unlock it - I assume the skin is based on a developer....)

Makes far more sense that you have to kill a RS dev to gain the zombie status, but where does the other costume come in?
There was a similar achievement in PGR4, for beating one of the dev team in an online game, and that definitely worked virally.
As I said above, I had assumed that GTA would operate similarly until I read a comment from one of the Rockstar team to the contrary. Looks like he was either wrong or just planting a bit of misinformation.....

It isn't a true exponential expansion: Not everyone I play kills me, and not everyone they play kills them. I played with about 8 people last night and probably only passed it on to one person.
It must be viral; I killed a fellow PHer the other day who had it, and I got it, a guy killed me last night and got it, those who didn't kill me didn't get it.

not so sure about that.... i have played with loads of people on another forum and none of them have received the skin after killing me (it does happen a lot). I would have expected nearly all of them to have the skin by now....
I have heard you have to have killed a rockstar developer to get it. Thinking back to when I got it, it must have been when I was playing a load of randoms whilst waiting for an invite to a game. I have had the skin quite a while now.

I killed Big Hoody and got it, I've been killed a lot of late typically from being run over. most of the PH massive have it now as it's been a common thing to hear during a battle "ooh I just got RS Dev jobby".
I got it by shooting someone through the back window of their car last night.
Good game last night. Cannonball run was brilliant, however the first game I didn't realise what was going on and everyone was at the second checkpoint before I got moving. Couoldn't stay on for long though as my OH was badgering me.
Tonight though, I have her permission
Anyone else planning to play, if so, what time? I have a forklift truck war vendetta to attend to.

After eightseventhree put an rpg through my windscreen in one of the races, I respawned to find two zombies, both wearing nothing but bright yellow pants, battering the hell out of each other in hand to hand combat - so bizzare!
