A couple of times I've been 5+ sec's up at the check just before Breidscheid-the bridge over the road at Adenau, so a sub 7'20 is on.

It may take a while and you may end up so far off road that you find the missing pieces of Niki Lauda's face in the attempt, but what the hell, give it a go.

Edit too add:

Today I did a 7'26.003, but then turned the machine off without recording the wondrous moment for posterity.rolleyes

With my first couple of laps, a few days ago I was too tentative over the first half of the lap, and aggressive over the second. Since then I've been faster over the first half, but, too cautious over the second half so as not to lose the gained time. That's meant standing on the brakes so as not to understeer wide, lifting to get a little oversteer on entry, generally, going slowly. banghead

When I get my new tv plugged in with my ps2 I'll have a sustained effort at moving up the timing tables, I only did 2 laps before

I'm hoping to give this another go tonight and with a bit of luck keep it all together for one good lap to take the frankly embarrassing look of that leaderboard smile

New York reverse.

Street tracks are short and unforgiving.

Autumn ring mini in Suzuki Cappucinos or similar? Assume they are available in arcade mode. At least it'd be a short lap.

ETA: Apologies hadn't realised Shuvi had made a choice already.

I really don't mind. The winner normally only pick the track anyway.
