I registered with rFactorCentral about a year ago - all worked fine. Tracks downloaded - no problems. I still have the username/password email from Morpheus.

so recently I try to login - it says 'No match has been found. Go back'......

so I try a login reminder - it says 'No match has been found for orangecurry@xxxxxxx.com. Go back'........

so I try to register and it tells me 'You already have an account on rFactorCentral. Login.'

How do I get out of the loop of doom?

Thanks.

It may be because it's changing to simraceway, I expect they are migrating some data, give it a couple of days and try again.

Good call, but it first happened before the changeover started.

Any more please?

RFC will be kept online, separate and accessible from Simraceway for some time yet. I have my login working for Simraceway and I'd say it's been launched before being finished properly.

Can you sign up again?

You don't get that far - it checks your IP address first.

You could try a different IP either by restarting your router if you do not have a fixed IP adddress, then let it get a different one for you.

Or connect using a software proxy. Foxyproxy on Firefox and any free proxy IP address you find on a Google search.

Or from another computer, work computer or another.

> Or try this if it works - http://www.youhide.com/ log onto RFC via this.

Using another IP or hiding mine does look like it will work - thanks.

It's a shame proxify isn't free.

I just tried it, I typed www.rfactorcentral.com into the white text box and clicked the proxify button. I could click register and it gave me the register page no problem.

Just in case this happens to anyone else....

The easiest way to sort this is to Register again, on any other computer/IP address.

Once you have done this, you can use this NEW username/password on your computer/IP address to access rFactorcentral and you can get in no problem.... but of course you have a NEW username etc.

I don't care about usernames as I just wish to download tracks.
