Yep, removed from NA version as well.
Big fat Boo-Hoo, it would have been a blinding car to have in the game. The Diablos that races in the JGTC and Aussie Pro-car are excellently competative cars and its inclusion in GT3 would have been good.
Here's hoping for GT4; and even if it isn't the Macca F1 is in.

The Macca F1 is supposed to be in it. Well at least thats what ive heard and ive seen a screenshot of it. Think it may only be the gtr, not sure if the road car is in it.
Its in GT4 Prologue, it is the GTR (longtail version), nothing confirmed about the road car, fingers crossed.
Edited 'cos I can't spell.

Its called the Ruf RGT. there a 959 and boxster too.
A 959? which one is that - I assume you are talking about the RUF CTR? I always thought that was a 964.
Same here, always thought it was a 964. I know the CTR-2 was based on a Carrera 2, not sure about the CTR, but i'm pretty sure it was not a 959.
Also the Boxster is an Ruf 3200, based on the Boxster, but like most (if not all) Ruf models the modifications are of a level that under German law they are classed as new model.
Thats how Sony got them in the game. Electronic Arts has the current licence for most of the Porsche range, but as Ruf models are not classed as modified Porsche's they got the licence.
The number of people who believe that Sony made-up the Ruf brand to get the cars in the game is quite high; mainly due to the niche nature of the cars.

No there really is a 911 and Lambo. Their hidden deep in the Game.
How do we get them then? I'd love to have the Nomad Diablo
I think you may need a gameshark or equivilent to get them out.
Had a look around on the GT forums and while the Diablo appear to be present in the background of the game, the 911 is just on eof the RUF models with a different skin on it.
The most enjoyable car for me is the Vertigo, goes around like it's on rails, bundles of fun!I'd be interested to know what driving a real one was like....
787B is a pure monster, again it's bags of fun to drive.I gotta go and check out the truth about this 'hidden' Lambo, been a while since the old PS2 was fired up,should keep me quiet for a bit!
Oh,and the GT40 is just the nuts for the noise it makes! It's what Dolby 5.1 and whopping great subwoofers were made for!!!
