try that above test with one evora tuned to 440bhp then pegged back to 404, and compare with an evora tuned straight to 404. i'd be genuinely interested in the results
will do, I'm guessing the PP reading will tell the story before even getting to track though, what's your reading PP wise from last night?try that above test with one evora tuned to 440bhp then pegged back to 404, and compare with an evora tuned straight to 404. i'd be genuinely interested in the results

no idea, will check within an hour or so once i've finished cooking and eating Edited by Pvapour on Monday 21st February 17:30
402 hp exactly - 46.8 kgfm - 492 PP
402 hp (reduced from 449hp) - 50.1 kgfm - 498 pp
8% extra torque, not sure what that would equate to in real world?
any mathematicians out there able to work out the accelerative differences rather than doing it on track

Made up for a lap earlier where I rammed into the back of someone emerging from a gravel trap into the racing line in front of me - I ended up with a broken car AND a ramming penalty, whilst said person was off, and I got overtaken by another couple of cars while nursing my penalty. No hard feelings, It's all racing innit? I enjoyed the race :-)
think this may have involved me Vic, I got 'leant on' by big_sleep after letting Norbury and Ross back passed after the out-braking chicane move I made Big_sleep leant a little to hard on me which forced me into the gravel, when I re-joined the track (i looked) you were miles away behind me, I had accelerated through at least 1 gear before you were on me, watching in my rear view mirror i was thinking 'why's he not moving over'. to me it looked like you thought I was going quicker and were going to slip stream, then realised how much slower I was and had no time to shift got me going though
thanks guys, glad it went fairly smoothly, think driving on the whole was pretty good from everyone, with apologies and pulling over working well when needed

Norbs, the M5 finished the season well, you guys just couldn't get past it.
I found a way by the way, looked at replay, and according to the images you lost the back end which is how I snuck passed, I never made contact with you, did you feel contact? oo er...
I was so concerned I recorded a video of it for you be interesting to see if your replay sees it different, I was unaware of any contact through my controller which ties in with my replay
Pexy, I only went to the grass to avoid hitting you, didn't plan the grass venture

PVA was unlucky to get a penalty in the first race, without that penalty I think it would have been a right royal battle between us! We were really closely matched on pace, I think you just had the edge on ultimate laptime pace.
very gracious of you Norbury it was weird, I had never had a penalty there EVER! or for rest of race best man won congratulations! next championship.....

I'm not so sure replays are that definitive which could prove judging contact difficult in the new championship, as discussed above, I was genuinely interested to see what Daz saw in his replays as mine showed no contact at all, Daz described it as me Ramming him & I felt nothing at my end of the pad, that's a huge difference!
I'll have a look at my replay of your incident Viper to see how it differs, its important going forward I think.....

There does seem to be discrepancies between what is being felt during race and recorded for that person versus what the other player feels and has recorded.
Both replays of my incident with Daz and Vipers with Vic seem to show something different to the replays recorded by others, I got this image from my replay of Vics concern which seems to be more in line with Vics description, plus replayed showed the rear corner tap before entry to the corner, very very mild though, but as Vic says, at those high speed low grip levels...
Viper can you look at my 1st lap coming together with Daz? see if it shows a full on ramming / contact?

Daz - just looking to understand where the differences lie, there seems to have been some consistency through the championship of one person beleiving one thing has happened and the other person have a different perspective, it seems the difference in replays and feel in game at time of impact could be the reason?
from what Viper has said i clearly made contact with you and for that I applogise dont have a problem saying sorry for things when I know they've happened
but it is also quite worrying as we rely on in game feel for close proximity racing, if a driver is receiving different information in game to what's actually happening for everyone else then allowances need to be made.
Personally I love 'close' racing i & have had extremely close racing with Norbury on this basis without incident, apart from a couple where it was obvious I had made a blunder so I let him back passed, but it was obvious to me and thats the point.
I think I will make a little more space for people in the future because of this. (this will come back to haunt me I'm sure )
