Photographing - Fabric - any advice.
Discussion
I'm looking to ever knowledgeable PHers for advice on photographing fabric, try as I might I just can't seem to photograph fabric.
At the moment I've got pictures (that I'm not happy with) of the fabric from my suppliers here: www.berkswelldirect.com/fabric/index.html
I've got fabric samples winging there way to me as we speak. I understand that the colour is always going to be difficult, but I'd be happy to at least give an indication of the texture of the fabric.
So how do I go about getting them photographed?
Is it a professional only job (DSLR, studio etc)?
Is there a way that my feeble Canon Powershot A60 could do the job?
