I've never had a car that's so slow but so fun!

Every time I drive it I can't help but smile as it's so good and corners are fun again!!

Out walking the dog late on Saturday night past BMW Welt in Munich when someone was having a photoshoot of a E9 3.0 CSL. I fortunately had my camera in my bag from earlier so grabbed some shots.

The last two sets of pics on here are stunning. That MX5 looks superb in that gorgeous light.

And that is one sexy BMW, beautifully framed.

I can only hope the photoshoot resulted in pictures anywhere near as nice as yours! wink

A friend took some pics of my Type R a week ago. The intention was to do them outside but it was grotty and raining so we ended up at the back of an indoor Tesco carpark

That Cobra Daytona is a glorious, glorious thing.

I'm normally very shy about posting in this thread! I know how friendly everyone is but I always feel my photos aren't good enough. Anyway, I'm getting slighty better and here are three I'm happy with and one that's a 'what might have been'.

Getting those angles, or at least trying to! by Alex D, on Flickr

The next one I'm very annoyed about. On the one hand, the road is where it is and I can't change that, and with the midges that bad I wasn't going to wait around till evening. I was shooting almost into the sun. On the other hand, I think a graduated filter might have helped, so that'll teach me for not bringing the proper camera bag with me, I only had my RX100 and it was just set to JEPG only. Sigh.

Anyway, the reason I'm posting it is I think for the first time I really got the composition and angles right, and I'm pleased with/ proud of that.
