Macro-focusing teleconverter

I've finally got the Nikkor Micro 60mm f2.8 lens I wanted, so it looks like my macro-focusing teleconverter is up for sale.
This is a good quality 2x teleconverter made by Vivitar, but it also includes a helical extension section. If you put a 50mm lens on the front and extend the - er - extension, you get true 1:1 macro. Hence it saves you the trouble of buying a seperate macro lens. It's in perfect condition with all packaging; I'm only selling it because the D70 won't meter through it.
